When in an accident, McAllen PD called this wrecker service instead of waiting for my wrecker and when Ventura got there, he told them he wanted to vehicle towed to his house and NOT the wrecker yard, they said they could not do that. McAllen PD, Officer Clarissa De Leon, said there was nothing she could do about it. All a scam. Then they tricked me into signing papers where their own collision center would be fixing my vehicle, thank goodness my insurance company took over dealing with them. All a scam. I got into a wreck and my car was a total loss but was planning on selling it for parts once I settled into my new place. I got one notice that was sent to my mother in laws house. My boyfriend stopped by maybe 2 weeks after the accident and nobody notified him that they would sell the car after 45 days nor did I get a phone call (they have my name and number) I know it's a business but this place takes advantage of people like myself were in a tough situation and do this to plenty of others on a daily basis I'm sure of it. Very sad. Oh and when I found out the guy who went to the front was laughing like it's a joke "oh that car was probably sold" with a very fake "sorry" avoid this place if all possible. read more

Address was a little confusing, but it's 1300 Albrad St. Service was 10/10 shout out to the workers! They made the process less scary and were patient and helpful! Got in a accident Sunday April 20th, and had them tow my truck to their lot Alex (manager) collision department , said they will fix it through the insurance and I said yes , but come to find out I don't have insurance so I told him to just tow the truck to my property and he said they can still put it through the finance company, and I said well we can see what they have to offer but more than likely I will want it towed and, 3hrs later I called back and said I want it towed to my property he then says he already ordered the parts and disassembled my truck, when I never gave them permission or authority to do that, never told them to order parts at all, and I told him to just tow the truck and he now says that since they had to ship the parts back they have to charge a restock fee which it's $5,600 In total, in reality with the days the truck has been there and the towing being done it should be about $800, They are scammers don't go here I can't express this enough, now I'm having to drive back from port Arthur TX to Pharr TX and miss work to deal with this bs.... read more

Vehicle towed in after accident by Ventura Towing, which by the way their the same company . Not my choice of tow company. Went in next day to get it out, guy tries to convince me to keep the car there for insurance claim purposes. Of course we didn't fall for that trap. Then all of sudden debit card reader not working so only cash. They offered to to tow the car home, which I declined because the tow company I got AMPM Towing charges 80 bucks less than these guys. The AMPM guys wanted to see how the car was parked and the guy working at the tow yard said only one guy allowed and the other one has to stay in truck. Then they asked if they can at least move the vehicle foward to gain access, USA auto Collison said they will charge a tow fee to move it foward, ridiculous. after my vehicle was towed in November 2022, they did not allow Geico to pick up vehicle for service at another shop. kept telling them to schedule a time and would not make vehicle available. then Alex Gonzalez called from USA Auto Collision within same business and offered to perform repairs and stated the vehicle is already here and has been sitting 1 week. I will even help with deductible. I said fine and 5 months later my vehicle was still at this shop with multiple amendments to original repairs ($32,356 in checks from Geico to USA Auto Collision). When it was almost ready they told me they needed 5 more hours diagnose a rear sensor but didn't know if it was part of original damage and would be paid out of pocket if not. I said to leave it as is and I would pick it up The Alex said bring your deductible at this point I didn't remind him of his commitment and said ok just have the vehicle ready. I took an Uber to get my vehicle and when I arrived he said he didn't have a technician to put sensor together. The. I went to pay my deductible with my debit card and he said they only accept cash although they display credit card stickers on door. Went to court with an associate from Ventura Towing, Lorenzo Gonzales because he switched our truck tires with other beat up/ flat tires. He tried to say we gave him the tires, but of course the court awarded us our tires because we have proof of ownership, and he did not. This place is sketchy, scummy, and untrustworthy!
