He said he did not have a book receipt with him and said we can go to the office tomorrow and ask for one. The next day we go to the office and the front gates are locked during regular business hours so we call the main number and the girl who answered said they do not issue receipts to customers and refused to give out her name. She later said she will call her boss to call us and hung up in the middle of conversation. Later the boss, Ritchie, called back and also stated he does not give customers their receipts for their car insurance claims for reimbursements on towing. It was cash under the table which was not addressed yesterday when the car was towed. So in reality we paid cold cash and never got proof of service needed for car insurance and thus never got reimbursement knowing our car insurance would have glady taken care of it....this place is a scam and should be shut down as they are ripping off the local customers and literally getting away with it. :/

I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt, Leo has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding the car I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through with a video showing exactly what I wanted in a car that was in stock at the dealership. I felt he had the integrity I was looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Leaf as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer.

They stopped my brother with my car that I had just purchased and had the signed title in the car…read more They didnt allow my brothers girlfriend to grab her purse or my brothers wallet or belongings from the car and they left her on the side of the road and towed the car. We went the following day to pick up and they kept denying our calls and the moment my mom tried to call and they heard her speak spanish they instantly started treating her with disrespect and were just being dismissive towards her and told her they would block her number if she kept calling but my mom was just trying to get the title from the car since they had asked for it. We called the sheriff that afternoon but by the time they showed up it was "past their business hours" so sheriff couldn't do much and told us they asked us to bring another form. The day after I went to retrieve the car but they asked for title and insurance, the title was still left in the glove compartment and they did not let me grab it because "thats what everybody says" according to them.. they asked for me to get a notarized form from previous owner to be able to go in and get it. Well we got said form and they deny our calls and keep hanging up and they dont open the gate either. We have call log records where we have been waiting hours since before business is "supposed" to close (which ultimately they have different hours all over their yelp and google). They are a horrible business that is just trying to bank off people. We will definitely be submitting a higher complaint towards their business, it has been 4 days and we have still not been able go retrieve my vehicle. ***UPDATE*** Finally got the car. Was charged $761 because they couldn't answer so I could get it sooner. Also my car was completely open, my brothers phone is missing and his money and his gold bracelet with his name is missing, and the Car title that was in the vehicle is missing. Another worker helped us and they didn't even have the car into he lot they took it to another (which they didn't communicate to begin with) and then he begged for us to not file the complaint, which we still will be doing.
