This is no help to parents who work early in the morning and can't transport and they have no family or anyone to help. I hate this school district. This morning as I was rushing out the door in quite a hurry. On the car ride to school I…read moreremembered, shivers ran down my spine, my eyes widened, my pinky toe went numb. I forgot my school lunch! On spicy chicken sandwich Wednesday! This was the worst thing that could have happened on an already stressful day... Later in the last ticking seconds of third period I stressfully waited for my doom. Ring Ring the bell went off and all the students rushed through the door. I walked with a terrible feeling in my gut. I stepped into the long winding line and slowly moved towards the spicy chicken sandwich abomination. I stepped forward and looked at the lunch lady in the eye and then looked at the sandwich carefully wrapped in red foil. I slowly reach towards it trying to delay my suffering and then I grasped the warm sandwich. I hurriedly scurry to my usual lunch spot with my friends. I run my my fingers across the foil and find a crease. I then slowly start unwrapping the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I stared at it for a long while, took a breath, opened my mouth and took a big bite. I spit it out in disgust. The chicken tasted like freaking cardboard. Even if I tried to make it terrible is still wouldn't come close to the disgusting taste of this dreaded chicken sandwich. Food 1/10. School 10/10
