You womt find…read moreanother school like St Dominics where your daughter will receive such a good sound Catholic education and formation for life. 6th grade was the turning point where classes and school become more difficult. Because the sisters dont use internet or computers and media as most people do nowadays communication is definitely much slower than one would expect in our day and age. This is in part because the sisters do all the teaching and caring for school grounds etc and they dont hire someone to be secretarty they take turns doing that too so this keeps the cost of the school very affordable. My older daughter seems happy there but she is at the age where the grass is greener on the other side and school is hard. This is normal at this age. I remember going through it as well. She gets along w some of the teachers better than others. Again. Normal. Is the school perfect? No. Are the kids who go their perfect or teachers perfect? No. Theyre human. Most definitely the school is a blessing however challenging it is. Our children nowadays need to learn that they "can do hard things". I wish someone had taken the trouble to teach me this before i became a Mother.

Our son is in the Pre-K class with Miss Amy and Miss Amanda, and they are both incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids. One thing that really stands out about Kinder-Magic is how much they prioritize the emotional wellbeing of each child as well as the classroom community. The teachers are very intentional about helping the kids feel safe, supported, and confident. Our son also attends the afternoon supplemental classes, where he may be with Miss Amy, Miss Amanda, Miss P, or Miss Bernadette, and he adores them all. Every teacher we've encountered has been warm, thoughtful, and clearly loves what they do. After trying a few other places before this, it's such a relief to finally feel like we found the right fit. Our son comes home happy and excited to tell us about his day, which says everything. We're so grateful we found Kinder-Magic. If you're looking for a nurturing, thoughtful preschool or kindergarten in the CDA area, this place is truly magic.

For lunchtime their home cooked meals feature whole wheat and also locally grown from Washington products which is important. As I walk through the hallway I also noticed they have a bottle of the water feature for the kids to use it's actually filtered never seen this in my life. In the library kids are able to use a device which looks like an iPad man the luxuries around here. Where was this when I was going to school. Haha.

Campus was beautiful as it mixes in the nostalgia of the 1800s with some new touches of the millennium. Definitely felt the sports town vibe here and the pride it has for its sports. In the end, my boy decided to stay closer to home but the experience at Gonzaga and the Spokane area left quite an impression on us.

It was such a relief to find a place that is clean, safe and age-appropriate. The staff are great and the facility gives the kiddos plenty of space to play. There is even an indoor playground which is perfect for the winter. I can't say enough good things about My Childcare- I highly recommend.
