Their is always plenty…read moreof parking, no crime or loud noise, it's very peaceful and quiet, has beautiful landscaping, nice facilities, and the best overall apartments I've ever seen! They have a work out center, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and even a lifeguard on duty while you swim. What impresses me the most about this place is how well they take care of it! They have a landscaping crew (grass, hedging, etc.) that maintains the outside, they have a cleaning crew that comes around and maintains the common areas, and then they are consistently taking care of the building maintenance needs. I once commented to a staff member (who was checking on the building) about how the washing machine coin slot was a little hard to push in. I then went about my business and happened to pass by him in the parking lot approximately 30 minutes later. He then asked me if it was any easier to push in. :) Yeah! They fix things really quick around here! I highly encourage people to check this place out!

How many roaches does it take to count as an infestation?…read more This is a real question I have as I am ending my lease here. We had a serious roach problem here through the majority of our time there. I guess I should have been more worried when we moved in and had dead bugs everywhere. However, I was deep into my third trimester and in a new state. I submit no less than 4 requests for roach control and the only reason it stopped was the snow on the grounds. We must have seen no less than 50 roaches. By the time it warmed up and the roaches were back, we had moved. After the place was professionally cleaned and all of the furniture was gone, we still saw 9 more roaches. Ironically, after I discussed this with the management staff and the pest control company, it was remarked that this isn't the building they "normally" have issues with roaches. Also, be careful about the post move out charges. Frankly, if I had more time, I would fight the obscurity of needing to pay to replace their beige carpet.

The apartment was big enough for me & my things & rent pricing is fantastic for the quality (I moved here from DC). Never had pests in my home. Never had trouble parking, as there's plenty of spaces. I'm an Amazon girl & my packages were always left on my balcony, never stolen. Neighborhood: The neighborhood is super quiet & peaceful. The only sounds I heard were ducks and dogs sporadically. Lots of wildlife at times (bugs, ducks, cats, squirrels, even frogs when it rains). The walls are pretty thin. Luckily, I had neighbors who would play music that I could feel but not hear (if that makes sense). They weren't obnoxious when I did hear them. My neighbors all seem to be military personnel. Only disappointments I had was that some neighbors didn't pickup after their dogs & if you don't purchase a parking spot, your car will be covered in pollen. But that is minor compared to the pros. Location: The location was the deciding factor to me. There are sooo many places to eat, shop, nearby walking trails, and beaches. Close enough to Hampton/Norfolk, but far enough from traffic. I could walk to the airport if I wanted to. School buses pick children up at the front of the complex as well, which I thought seemed cool. I'm going to miss this place. I'm definitely sticking with this company for future accommodations.

The most important being that my front door is closing properly and still has not been fixed shortly after I have put in multiple request that something was wrong with my AC unit and now over two months later it's not working at all and leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment. Maintenance came when I was at work for the first time since the week I moved in said the floors wasn't wet and never came back. When I finally get home from work I discover that the floor under my unit is indeed wet and the problem could have been avoided if someone would have come out months before to check it out. The rental team never answers the phone or the text line they have and the doors are locked and closed half time. I've been to the rental office over 10 times missed work just to catch the office open and I'm still sitting in an apartment with no blinds no ac and a front door that does not lock properly. I have not felt safe or comfortable since the night I've moved in.

Management says nothing to do about it, this is the cheap material of the building. 2) Trash, furniture and "storage stuff" are outside apartments. Nobody cares. 3) Damaged lights in the corridors wouldn't replaced because nobody cares. 4) Every single day at the entrance the alarm goes off. Management says it's a security's responsibility, the security wouldn't come even after they get a call because: "we already did our checks". When they do come and silence the alarm, it goes off again couple hours after it. 5) Management put signs and sent emails to require everybody wear masks, but their own staff are without masks or with mask under the chin.

I think they had just updated everything because all our appliances were new. The office and maintenance seem very attentive to their residents if you need something fixed or have a question/complaint and the outdoor property looks really nice and clean. It would be even better if they added a little fenced in dog park! Overall great stay here, affordable rent and pet deposit/pet rent. Will miss this place!
