We met and discussed what I was looking for in a home. Single, never married, no kids with decent income gave me lots of options with my good credit score in a tough post covid market. She made a point early on that there are people out here looking at the same homes who have been searching for many months if not years and it is important when putting in an offer to stand out. We searched homes of various price ranges, conditions, locations ranging in the 413 / northern ct. and ones with multiple offers. Each home we looked at I learned something new as she explained what to look for that could be trouble down the line. My home is exactly what I was looking for. Although not on a body of water like a lake or in a wooded area, I made those sacrifices and put in one hell of an offer to purchases home I can proudly say is mine. I purchased my home June of 2023. Charlotte to this day still reaches out to see how I am doing and how the house is coming along by phone and by mail. I can't say enough good things about Closing Management. The fees were cheaper than several other offices we spoke with and our real estate agent highly recommended them because she had used them for her personal closings. Our bank jerked around our closing date with 3 days to spare and Closing Management was able to still have everything ready to go and things went smoothly.
