It took me about a month to actually get in and start setting up the appointments. You do often I have to leave messages as there's no one at the front desk all the time and they typically call you back within the same day. The therapist that we have been using for about three weeks now has been incredible and my child is always super excited to return and talks about it. So I know she's getting exactly what she needs. We had a therapist prior to our current one and it just wasn't the right fit. The facility was really great at working with us. I will say the facilities also great working on times to accommodate your schedule so that you can continue treatment on times that work for you.

While there, I also discussed that I didn't feel in control of my alcohol consumption at all times. I ended up "throwing away" the immense anxiety I had been carrying with me all of my life. It took more than a couple of sessions and my money was spent wisely because I am now in control of my eating habits, my alcohol consumption, confident and calm. I have had counseling in the past for help with marriages and abuse, but nothing compares to the benefits of hypnotherapy. I am being charged $400 for three visits…read more My insurance said she was in my network and she reassured me that she was in the network listed on my insurance card. Every visit, she would be 20 minutes late and then charge me for an hour when i was only with her for 40 minutes. During my last visit, she just cleaned her office the entire session, duster and windex out and everything. She was preoccupying herself and just seemed the whole time like she had better things to do than listen to me. At the end of the last visit she told me that my insurance wasn't coming through and said that I would have to call and deal with the insurance companies myself. Turns out she was on my network but my insurance wouldn't cover her. I was furious even when i thought i was paying $20 a visit. Now that I know I owe $400 I can't think of a word that describes how angry I am. I give charlespointe counseling a negative 5 stars
