This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.

Then the installer came out (the third-party installer was great), removed our carpet and send pictures to corporate. HOM solutions decided that the project was too much for them to handle because the floor required leveling and cancelled the job! We are left with ripped out carpet and nails/tacks sticking out... basically the house is not usable! I will be reporting them to the BBB.
