I…read moreloved how my nails came out so this isn't necessarily a bad review , this is more of a heads up.... I went into La creme some time In feb. and was greeted instantly for my Appointment. I got a refill with design. I believe the name of my tech was Eva or Ava. Eva/Ava was a doll and talented. She is good at doing nails. However, Just prepare yourself for the 'Ava experience' (I was told this from a few people who have had Eva/Ava) The Eva/Ava experience is 2.5 hours for a refill (this is how long it Took her to finish for me) because she was constantly stoping to text or speak to friends on the phone. The whole time, she would stop working on my nails to answer back text . She was texting and talking on the phone so many Times I couldn't believe it . I nicely asked if she could focus on my nails. She was polite but continued to stop every few moments to read a text or stop to text back. I truly feel my nails were not neglected during this process and again, she did do a good job but the time it took to complete was ridiculous. It was a complete lack of consideration. As a business owner myself, I strongly Suggest, enforcing a no phone policy. I have never experienced this before. In my 30 + years of nail experience have I witness a nail tech stopping to text And take calls while working on my nails. (If it's were emergencies I can understand but, I assure you it was not) Again, this is more of a heads up. Give yourself a lot of Time here ! I truly think if the cell phone was left out , I would come back. I, unfortunately do not want to risk that experience again so, I will not be coming back. My haircut and highlight was magnificent. Colleen listened to what I wanted, helped guide me to what i needed, and the result was perfect. Just the right amount of color. Stylists of my past typically go too little or too much, this was just right! The length and the style was so perfect it was like she could see the picture in my mind of what i wanted. And then as if this wasn't enough, the price was just right. It is so exhausting to go to a salon and feel like you just made a house payment....you will not feel that here. I've gone to a number of different stylists in their salon and they never disappoint. I love the atmosphere in their salon. The girls are so welcoming and sweet. They make you feel right at home. I've gone to other places that are stuffy and they make you feel uncomfortable, but the numerous times I've come here it feels like you've known them forever! I even bring my mom along with me. She's also had her lashes, extensions, and hair trimmed by them before and she will not go else where. I cannot rant and rave about Gabriella's enough.
