This spot is totally fine. I called once to make an appointment for a basic gel manicure, then a second time to shift my appointment, but on the second call they had no record of the appointment. No problem shifting! I showed up for the appointment and did have to wait about 10 minutes to get started. The station was pretty dirty, covered in nail dust which the manicurist kind of brushed off with her hand. During the manicure, though, she was friendly and gentle... didn't overuse the drill, which was refreshing after some recent appointments. I don't know that the shaping was especially expert, but the price was right-- $30 for a gel manicure. I'd come back, not expecting anything too fancy! read more

I stopped in based on the positive reviews. Called before to make an appointment and was told it wasn't busy and to come in whenever. Seemed like a good start... When I arrived, (Jason?) a man was just chillin on the couch glued to his phone. I awkwardly waited for a while and then he asked what services I needed. He then proceeded to tell me that "he couldn't pause his game" but would be with me shortly. WHAT?! Are you a 13 year old boy?! He literally repeated several times that he could not pause his cellphone game. Lol. Luckily, I noticed that there was a sign that said their credit card machine was down. This place does NOT care about their customers. They're not attentive and have ABSOLUTELY zero customer service. They don't do a great job, they don't tend to listen to what the customers want. ALSO, the lady filed my nails too close to my skin and made a scrape burn! Super stubborn workers who think they know what their customers like instead of listening to them. You can be on time for an appointment and they make you wait at least 30 minutes but if you're late 5-10 minutes they tell you to come back another day as if their customers schedule revolves only around their time. Did not allow nails to dry between coats. Got bubbles and uneven color swirls from brush damaging coats. I allowed to dry until worker said all dry. Went to pay. This was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. It was a spur of the moment decision and I kinda just chose this place because it was still open after 6pm on a Saturday. I'm glad I did. I only got a pedicure but it was the best one I've gotten in years. The chairs were comfy, the people were nice, and the pedicure itself was perfect. They have these massage things they strap on their hands and it vibrates while they're massaging the lotion into your calves. The oils they used smelled amazing as well. The woman doing my pedicure used a hot stone and towel on my legs. I've never experienced anything like it. That was probably the best part. The only problem I had was with my water temperature. I did like this place up until the last couple of months. Acouple months ago we scheduled a girls day to do pedicures it was about 5 of us, we booked acouple days ahead and when we got there for our scheduled time we waited over an hour and left, they didn't seem to care to have us waiting either. Today i traveled in from out of town and I booked initially for 3pm, this morning I called as soon as they opened to get in earlier and they stated I could come in at 1pm and took my phone number. This place is a joke. There's a $3 "COVID FEE" they don't tell you about, even when you call the day before to make an appt. And then when you try to pay with your card the guy tells you "the power is out" for the cc machine and you have to go next door to CVS to take out cash at the ATM, which also charges you $3. IT GETS BETTER-- when you come back with $40 cash (the price of my pedicure) and say it's all ya got, their credit card machine can suddenly be plugged in and powered on to take your card! Imagine that!! All for an extra THREE dollars!! Are you kidding me?! FYI: Since they take their calls on speaker you can hear clients trying to make appts and spell their name but don't waste your time cuz they don't write it down or even officially book an appt for you. They just tell you a time, pretend they wrote it down and overbook time slots to get you in the door -- I showed up for my 9:30 appt with only 1 nail tech working while 3 other clients walked in with 9:30 appts as well... We've been going here since the one we went to in Quakertown was a little too far for us. However, this place is a diamond in the rough. It looks like it's in the middle of a run down road, but it's really nice inside. I advise you though, if you want them to take the time for you and make sure everything is what you asked for... please make an appointment!! They also now accept cash because of tips, so bring cash and make an appointment. The busiest days are Friday-Sunday. The pedicures are amazing with hot stones and massages for your legs! HORRIBLE SERVICE. First off notice how all the good nail jobs ARE POSTED MY THE OWNER HIMSELF....Pictures included. I had called ahead and said I wanted to remove my acrylic nails and get a manicure, the lady on the phone told me it'd be $15 at most. And no I'm not giving this review because if how much it was. Anyway, I get there and I'm already disappointed by how the nail tech, JASON THE OWNER removed the acrylic(he took an acrylic nail tip and pried off the acrylics). After this he proceed to ask if I wanted to keep my nail length (it was pretty long) and I said yes.. he cut the nails down to the tip of my fingers. And then made them square shaped. I honestly hated them. Not to mention he didn't even bother cleaning the nails afterward,the total u ask? $25 but to be fair he did give me $10 off after I went back there to complain but not before he called me a child, looks like he didn't mind taking a child's money though huh? read more
