To my surprise they answered the phone and were very forthcoming with a description of what needed to be done and an estimate, which I thought was very fair. Not the case with several others who either didn't call back or did but gave me a ridiculous estimate. The men arrived right on time, we're very polite, respectful of our home and did a great job and cleaned up totally before they left. Before retiring, I was responsible for some large power plants and am very knowledgeable about electrical equipment and practices. I was very pleased with the outcome and will be certain to use them again if I need an electrician.

However I later found out that they cut some lines and didn't make up new connections in some open junction boxes in the crawl space. They then charged me to fix the changes/mistakes they made.
