It is a bit pricey. They charge you for insignificant like $5 a month to use a remote key, they charge you for an insurance that raises some flags read more

It's hard to find RV storage with covering. We have a large 43 foot RV Motor Home and need to protect it from the Arizona sun, which can cause not only damage to the roof of the RV, but also cause a baking of the inside where panels, equipment, and other interior structure can be damaged, including warping of woodwork, etc. While it's not cheap to store, it's certainly worth it for such an investment. The place is clean, it's well managed, there are air compressors to fill the tires, dump stations, wash bays, dumpsters, video surveillance for security, gated entry with remote or keypad access, etc. and the entire lot is paved and well marked. It provides everything you need for a clean, safe and secure place to store your RV where you don't have to worry about. read more

Outside of that, if you want a clean and quiet facility for storing items, they have plenty available and will make sure you get your storage needs taken care of right away. I wasn't even there and didnt see anything damaged on their facility. The manager put a lock on my trailer and claims he is keeping it unless I pay a $1500 ransom. Police are getting involved. The guy must really need a trailer. What a bum.....

I do not recommend this business. Apparently they are either not hurting for business or new customers or are just horrible at their customer service.
