This one of the best places in the area to go pick apples in the fall. It's a fairly large orchard that gets very busy when the apples are ripe. You take a ride in a wagon pulled by a tractor from the main building to the apples. There are two size bags that you can pick and they will direct you to the apples that are currently being picked. Once you fill your bag, you hop back on the wagon to go pay for the apples.
In the store you will find picked apples for sale, cider, apple pies and everything else made from apples. Their pies are really delicious. One word of warning...very few employees are fluent in English. Usually one of the customers who is fluent in English will step up to help. The tour in the wagon will be in French only. Just nod your head and laugh when the others laugh and you will do fine. read more
