The chicken was simultaneously burnt, cold, and somehow wet. Physics took one look and walked out. The service: Our server vanished like a Victorian spirit the moment we sat down. I'm convinced he joined witness protection. I saw him once more, briefly, like a cryptid sighting, only to have him drop my drink so hard it carbonated itself on impact. The bathroom: Look... I've been to music festivals. I've survived porta-potties at county fairs. I've seen stuff. But whatever was going on in that restroom? That was a crime scene. The toilet paper roll was sitting on the counter like it had escaped and was considering a new life in Peru. The ambiance: Lights flickering like we were dining inside a horror movie. Music alternating between elevator jazz and what I can only assume was a recording of someone microwaving aluminum foil. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this?
