Our family recently came to this store and Paul helped us upgrade 4 phones and switch 2 of those phones over to Verizon. He was super kind, patient, knowledgeable and fast. He explained all the promotions and deals to us. He came in on his day off to accommodate our schedules. When things were not working on my phone he took the initiative to help and answered all the questions and gave me the number to tech support and downloaded apps that can be helpful in the future. Our whole family truly enjoyed working with Paul and we will refer him to our fiends. Paul is a wonderful professional who truly cares about his customers! He provided the best service we got in any cell phone store ever! Paul deserves a raise. Thank you for a wonderful experience! read more

Paul was amazing from the time I walked through the door! He walked me through all the plan and phone options, and then took the time to help me set up the new phone completely. He also provided contact information if I should ever have an issue. I will never go anywhere else for my cell phone needs! read more

I found that they weren't really interested in trying to accommodate a possible new customer. I decided to go out to Wireless World. I would NEVER LEAVE WIRELESS WORLD. Once you walk in the door if a rep isn't busy they come right up to you. Not to mention THEY'VE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY EVERYTIME to accommodate you. They REALLY make you feel like family. I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT GO BACK TO BEMOBILE....... 1 I believe is too high even. read more

I was due for an upgrade as my phone was 4 generations old and I stopped in several times asking questions about upcoming phone relases and brands etc. Each time I stopped I was helped by courteous staff who took time to answer my questions. That made making a good decision for my new phone so much easier. Even though I had to order the one I wanted staff were fun to visit with while they did all the hard work for me! We did not even know that BeMobile was located on 6th AVE. It was very convenient to us because we had doctor's appointment at Avera and left us being close to our destination plus getting our questions answered about upgrading our phones and buying tablets for the kids.
