He explained all the promotions and deals to us. He came in on his day off to accommodate our schedules. When things were not working on my phone he took the initiative to help and answered all the questions and gave me the number to tech support and downloaded apps that can be helpful in the future. Our whole family truly enjoyed working with Paul and we will refer him to our fiends. Paul is a wonderful professional who truly cares about his customers!
