The general manager, Nick, was vacuuming and when I walked in,he stopped and greeted me right away. He was so kind and so helpful and gave me information about the gym and how to obtain a day pass. He got me signed up right away and I had a very great workout. The equipment is very nice and new. And again, it is a super clean gym. Thanks to Nick for being so welcoming!

They have a lot of activities from a gym with a track, pool, basketball and racquetball courts and a game room. The gym holds a lot of different fitness classes too. They also have this great program called Reach and Rise Youth Mentoring Program. The program is really great for kids and it always needs volunteer mentors.

I found they not only carry Texas Power Bars as strong as a house, they featured made in America plates, from the StrengthCo, that inspired me to go-to them!
