The group of young men running this store absolutely took a poor situation and made it right. The service and timeliness of this group to help resolve an issue of mine was handled with care and consideration, even when I certainly did not put my best foot forward. I don't like Verizon anyways. But I was there to look at phones with my boyfriend, and the lady who "welcomed" us sounded like she'd rather be literally anywhere else on the planet. Customer service has always been crap with Verizon. But her (pardon my French) bitchy attitude with us the second we walked in the door, when all we wanted to do was to look at some new phones. Our expectance with go wireless is they are in this to line there pockets. In our expectance Stay away we're told if paid for equipment could just do month to month. So did and then found they put us on two year contract. went in manager said would fix never did. this company should be investigated for Fraud. stay away far away. read more

I'm so over this place. I had a bad experience nice last time I upgraded my phone 2 years ago but thought maybe it would be better. No, not at all. The girl who helped us didn't take a line off our account like she was supposed to. She gave us wrong information about returning new phones. When I told them this they asked who and it was like oh yeah she was new. So what I'm screwed over bc you can't train your employees. I'm done. Never coming here again. read more

Attention fellow Verizon Wireless user!! Don't make the mistake that I and so many others have made. When you need to visit a Verizon store make sure that it's a corporate store and not a Go Wireless store aka authorized retail store for Verizon. They can do whatever and no one not even Verizon can/will fix it. You are left holding the bag and they don't CARE!! In Idaho Falls the corporate store is across from the mall next to the Chinese restaurant. Do it right the first time and save your self the hassle. read more

I had to upgrade my phone and actually I normally just do it online. Trust me after the sales girl blatantly lied to me 3 times. And waiting in the store for 3-1/2 hours for them to transfer my phone contacts. Then charging me 19.95 to transfer??? My instore credit of 24.00 cost me another 39.95 and the tax she said I had to pay was somehow put on the monthly payment .lies lies and more lies. I certainly know after doing business with Verizon over 12 years I will be changing over to Sprint or AT&T. Thank you Charity for your crappy service. My husband and I purchased 2 new phones over the weekend. We were previously Verizon customers and came back after 4 years. We were recommended the iPhone SE, but were told we would have to wait until the middle of the week as there were none in stock. When purchasing the phones, we were reassured that switching everything over and obtaining new numbers would be extremely easy. Yesterday we were told our phones were in stock and we could come into the store. When we arrive at the store and Emily is assisting us, we notice the general manager, Sean, busy flirting with a coworker and disregarding customers coming in. It was obvious that Emily was overwhelmed, but Sean still left and Emily was on her own until closing. Not only did we initially sit on hold with corporate and Emily for 45 minutes, but we spent 3 hours at the store and accomplished nothing. We walked away without the phones we had purchased over the weekend and were told to come in today. My husband and I felt absolutely terrible that Emily was the only employee as customers kept coming in and eventually leaving because she was unable to assist them. Emily was amazing, but it seemed as if she needed assistance shortly after we arrived as she kept encountering technical difficulties and was asking for Sean's assistance. Sean should not have left when he did, especially after blatantly ignoring customers as he walked out the door. We came back to the store today thinking that Sean would be assisting us. He did for the first half hour, but disappeared again with the same coworker he was busy flirting with the night before. His demeanor was completely unprofessional and without looking at his name badge, I would have never guessed that he was the manager with 7 years of experience. Being that he knew our horrendous experience from the night before as Emily had to call him for help, he should have assisted us from the second we came in until we left with our new phones. Maggie, who had helped us with the initial purchase over the weekend, was extremely helpful and picked up when Sean ran off with his much younger love interest. When Emily had corporate on the phone with us last night, we were told our activation fees were being waived due to our terrible experience. Upon checking before we left the store today, we noticed the fees had in fact not been waived, and we were essentially told to figure it out ourselves. My husband informed Maggie that we would not be leaving until this was taken care of. At this point I was regretting switching back to Verizon and am even currently questions my decision. Thankfully Maggie then called corporate and resolved the issue. In total we spent over 5 hours at this Verizon store over the course of 3 days. This was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing something. I have also never seen such an unprofessional manager before. The lack of professionalism on Sean's end was both appalling and nauseating. read more

Logan is by far the most understanding sales person I have ever dealt with. My wife and I went in for new phones because of an accident our old phones were no longer working and Logan helped us with an insurance claim, and then two weeks later he was very helpful and patient as we got new phones. Everything he did to help get us set up and answer our questions was with our best interest in mind. We had gone to the corporate store before and were basically told they couldnt help us unless we wanted to get new phones and tablets that day when all we needed help with was an insurance claim. We are glad Logan listened to our needs and took care of our issue rather than just tried to sell us new phones instead. If you are ever in need of help go to Logan. We live in Rigby and would prefer to drive all they way to this store to get Logan's help then go anywhere else!- Because of Logan we are dedicated GoWireless customers! read more
