I was in the store 10 minutes looking to buy a new iPhone and switch my service after 14 years with AT&T. No one spoke to me despite me obviously waiting for assistance. Great store. I switched from Total Wireless because of their terrible service. The employees at this store are always helpful.

Total scam. I have been getting continuously charged months after I changed my phone over, even after having to BLOCK THE CHARGE from my bank, they still found a way to sap me for 10.99 a month. Keeps you on hold forever to basically tell me "you don't live with your mother anymore, so we aren't going to help you" because I originally bought the phone (5 years ago!) with my mother. Never been so frustrated with an inept company. NEVER AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE. -follow up. Had to cancel my card, I had blocked them before but the CHANGED THEIR NAME and kept charging me. SCAM ALERT!! This store is as shady as they come. I purchased a brand new iphone only 8 days ago and was immediately having problems with it (camera doesn't work 1/2 the time), doesn't hold settings (defaults back to factory settings) and the internet takes forever to load when not on wifi. The phone seems like a lemon. I've stopped by this store THREE times since the purchase date, and every time they tell me a "reset" will solve my problem. They reset my phone and send me on my way. This has not solved the issue. Each time I ask for a replacement phone (you have 14 days to swap it if the phone is defective), they tell me they'd be happy to do it tomorrow as they can't swap a phone after 5 pm, they're having issues with the iphones, etc. There seems to always be some reason they need you to come back later. It seems they are just banking on the 14 days running out, so they don't have to deal with it. Today, I stopped in to swap it and the employee, Moses, literally YELLED at me and told me it would be $70 to replace it. He did not even LOOK at my phone. He told me they were having issues with iphones and he couldn't swap it today. When I pressed, stating I'd only had it a week and had already returned three times, he said he could swap it, but it would cost me. This is simply not true. There is no fee if the phone is defective. Here's what you need to know about this store: THEY YELL AT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you are a single woman, they will take advantage of you, like they have me. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND GO TO THE VERIZON CORPORATE STORE. I didn't realize that this wasn't a verizon store. They have the Verizon sign. They have the Verizon postings. They do NOT have the Verizon customer service. I would not send my worst enemy to this store. SCAM ARTISTS! Additionally, I asked for the manager's info and the rep (Moses) said he could not give it out. Either that is not true, or the manager is not managing. Can you imagine not wanting to know about such happenings in your own store? I don't buy it. Save yourself this HUGE headache and avoid going to this location at all costs. read more
