My phone lost almost all of my apps. I still had my old cell phone, so I took both phones to the Verizon store at 5425 Dixie Hwy in Fairfield, Ohio. I hoped to be able to get the store associate Greg to help me. Greg made sure he understood my problem and was able to restore all my apps and links! Greg was so friendly and helpful. Greg has also fixed some issues with my phones previously. I value his knowledge and service so much that I would be willing to wait for him to be available if I need help or advice about cell phones in the future. read more

I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. I walked in to see several men sitting down at their computers; no other customers in the store. I stood there for a minute and didn't even get a "Hello" or even a "Hi, how can I help you?" It was only after I heard one of the men call for another employee that said" I got the the last one"... I was appalled at how they greet customers. It seemed they were all too busy to deal with ANY customer. After speaking with one of the agents about my issue, I realized that I didn't want to give anyone there my service. In the midst of walking out I saw the previous men all lined up at a desk because food had arrived. Seemed as if they were more excited for the food than a sale from a loyal customer. I went in towards the end of January after purchasing a new phone to get some accessories. Lucas, the guy who sold me my items started this entire fiasco. First, he put my address in incorrectly into the system. When I told him that he inputted my address wrong, he said he'd fix it later. I ended up returning one of the items the next day. After starting the return process, Lucas stated that he wasn't able to give me my cash refund due to them not being allowed. (I would never had paid in cash had I known that I wouldn't get my cash back, why would you not tell me that??). Lucas then told me that I'd receive a refund check in the mail and then gave me a return receipt. When reviewing the return receipt, I noticed my address was still incorrect, in which Lucas repeated that he would fix it later. This is now 3 times Lucas has failed me. 2 months later, a refund check had still not arrived, so I returned to the store. When talking to another representative, he tells me that Lucas never changed it. This is now 3 times of dealing with the mistake that employee made . This new representative stated that the address is now changed and a check will be issued soon. Another month passes, still no check. I finally demand to speak with the manager, Kevin. Kevin was the definition of "couldn't care less" of an attitude. Didn't think it was too much to ask of the manager to give me my money back over a stupid charger that was $40, but apparently that was asking way too much. I asked to be compensated for the amount of time I have wasted and energy on something so minuscule and for something that was not my fault in any way. He said "we don't do that, let's cross that bridge when we get there" and then offered me his discount on a new line/ accessories. I am here because I just purchased products from you because I just got a new phone, why would I want/ need a discount on anything? I definitely don't need a new line or accessories, nor will I be ever coming back here for anything. It's obvious he only wants the customer to spend money and didn't care about this situation at all. After calling almost every day, he told me I would receive my refund in a couple days. After a couple days, I finally received the refund. I am so unhappy with Kevin, the "regional manager" and deserve to be compensated for this poor service and the lack of care from Lucas and Kevin. read more

I am not a Verizon person. I don't like their service or the cost that they charge for their plans. I had one cell phone through them, and even a pager back in the day. I had horrible experiences, and wanted to tell them to jump off a bridge. My boyfriend however, has Verizon and really likes the service. We went to this retailer the other day because he was having issues with his phone, and I must say, despite my general thoughts of the company itself, the staff here were awesome. There wasn't a very long wait, the building was clean and looked very nice, both inside and out. His sales person was both professional and courteous. He gave us his honest opinion on everything, and even gave us a discount with the Yelp coupon that comes up when you check in without hassle. I expressed my concern that my sweetie's bill seemed pretty high, (even though I am not on the plan and it's none of my business...) and he listened to my concerns and checked into the problem. He changed a few things and my boyfriend ended up with a newer phone and a cheaper monthly bill. He was happy, I was happy. If you have this service, I'd definitely tell you to go to this location for help. They were fantastic! read more

Not satisfied for the third time. Most resently was when I called the location to confirm if I could pay in store in cash. I was told no problem, just. $1 charge to do so. Great! OK, I get there and just like previous visits for other matters like upgrade or promotion, without looking up my account I'm told another story. This time it's, oh but we can't give any change. Uhmm I'm no expert, but any business taking payments should be able to make change. Again, they did not look at account. We never even discussed the balance or even what kind of bills I was using. So the culture is yes, yes by phone, but no in person. Same thing with a black Friday promotion, same thing when I went to talk upgrade. Online, fine. By phone great, in person something is off. Once or twice OK retail can be tricky, but three times? So I call Verizon, who says that's strange, sends me to another location. I got first class service at another Verizon on Colerain Ave. They even made change, no fee to pay, and were nice to both me and to my son. Rt 4 location is messed. read more
