I've taken maybe 7-10 devices of varying types to this CPR store over the past 5 years and have been pleased every time. My children can sometimes be rough with drops and such with screens. The value is great as I've gotten several more years of use versus buying new. The personnel are courteous, communicate well, and are good at what they do. Kudos! read more

My Xbox One X had an issues which ended up being a power supply issue as I suspected but confirmed by Johnny. I had called around to a bunch of different shops including their West Chester location and quoted ridiculous prices for a $50 part and 20 mins of labor but stayed persistent. Eventually I reached Johnny and he gave me a fair estimate and was extremely helpful, nice, and great to speak to. He answered the phone promptly every time I called in to check about the part, had to re- schedule, or anything else. Once I arrived to have it fixed he ended up getting it fixed in I'd guess under 20 minutes and was very professional and cool. Also, Amber, who I'd guess is his was was also very professional but easy to speak with and we chatted as Johnny did his thing. The price I paid was exactly what he quoted which is always nice... also the place is extremely clean and tiddy. Overall, even though it's a long drive for me, I'd still make the drive whenever I need something repaired. read more

Fixed the screen on our iPad for $140 including tax. Seemed fair after a bit of research... Appointments were easy to make, schedule online for same day. Our screen was shattered, took them around 3 hours to have a new one in! Honest, didn't try to sell me anything, straight to the point. One week later and no problems with the screen! I tried CPR beechmomt location for the first time a few weeks ago. Although they were able to fix my broken screen to my phone, the customer service was TRASH! The 2 men there, Johnny and Josh or Jeff, (can't remember their names) were rude. I paid the the retailer 350 and they claimed they did not recieve the funds although the money was removed from my account. I called my bank while there at the location and was confirmed that the funds were taken from my account. They would not let me leave with my phone because they were saying they didn't receive the money. I had to call the police to assist. I paid the merchant TWICE to get my phone and had to file a fraud report through my bank to get my money back. I will never use them again. I spent 700 dollars just to retrieve my phone from these people, had to get the police involved and waste a large portion of my day all for two men to be yelling at me as if I did something wrong. HORRIBLE!!! The owner claims to not have yelled at me while I was there yet literally was telling his partner to relax and not to get amplified. The funds took multiple days to process back into my account due to the fraud report I had to call in. Again I would never use them again PISS POOR customer service! read more

Joe diagnosed the problem with our old Amazon Fire phone over the phone and ordered the necessary part. A week later, just as promised, he called to say the part was in and ready to be installed. Well, no fault of his, but the new part was faulty and had to be reordered. After another week, the new part was installed and the phone was back up a working as promised. I would gladly recommend CPR. They are quick, honest, and fairly priced. Let them take care of your tech. You won't be sorry. read more

I brought in my laptop to be fixed (I was sent here through Amazon's/ Assurant's extended warranty). The wrong part was initially ordered. I had to pick up the computer, bring it back again once the correct part arrived, and then pick it up another day (4 long trips total). I suppose this can happen, though it might be because this is a cell repair store with less expertise with laptops. I can't be sure. My main problem is that, during a pandemic, the store policy did not require employees or customers to wear masks or distance (the 3rd time I was there, there was a 5 person limit on the number of people in the store, so why was there no mask / distancing policy?!). The only employee I ever saw (maybe the branch manager?) never wore a mask, and stood very close to the other customers and myself. Please put a mask policy in place. You don't know the health background of your customers, and you are potentially putting them at higher risk. This is not a matter of politics. It's a matter of decency and respect for your customers. read more

I went to this business on the recommendation of my cell carrier because I had a PIN block on my phone. Samsung had noted on my account that the repair was to be at no charge. The woman who waited on me was rude, arrogant and cocky. She would not let me get a word in edgewise, she told me the repair I needed would be $ 49, it would take "hours" and when I told her that my account was noted that this service was at no charge, she said " I will not do it for free". I went to " UbreakIfix" in Eastgate. The staff was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and I got my phone back the next day. The charge was HALF the cost of CPR. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this store. They are a rip off. Stay clear of this business. read more

My Galaxy S9 quit taking a charge after I started receiving a moisture alert icon on my device. The phone had never been subjected to moisture and after google searches, found it to be a bug amongst a few Galaxy models and I-phone models as well. I contacted CPR and they suggested a new charging port. They had it in stock and got it fixed so that I could pick it up the next day. Phone works like new. I have used this location before and was very happy with their service. However I needed a charging port replaced, I made an appointment for Thursday morning. They said the part wouldn't be in until Friday and to come back, they would call me. They never called so I called them to find out the shipment was delayed (not their fault at all, but they said they would call me with an update when I didn't hear anything at 2pm I called them and found that out) they told me it would be in Saturday sometime between 11-1 and they would call me. Again no call so at 12:45 I called them and found out the part was there. I went to the store and was told it should only take 1.5-2 hours the whole time, however when I got to the store they weren't sure how long it was going to take since they had so many walk ins. I had already paid 200+ in cash for my service on Thursday. So a paying customer that had an appointment on Thursday was put behind multiple walkins. Very sad and bad business practice. I've always been a big supporter of small local businesses but this will be my last time using them and I would recommend everyone else follow the same idea. read more

Instead of running out and upgrading my iPhone 6s simply because they said I could , I decided to give my phone a makeover. I took it to CPR cell phone to get a new battery and screen protector. I swear all these phone batteries are timed to fail after 2 years . Since my iPhone was paid off after $20 a month for 2 years and the phone still functions great , this was a smart move on my part . I know I won't have the coolest , latest greatest thing but I'll be the one laughing on the way to the bank. I took it over on a Saturday morning , I called first to make sure they could get me in , they could , so I took it there , they got right to it , and 2 hours later I had a new battery and screen protector. It's odd being cell phone free for 2 hours but that's besides the point. They charged me 95$, which if I have this phone another 6 months its well worth it. After mistakenly getting my new SIM card stuck in the slot without the SIM card holder I thought I was a goner. It was in there really tight and could not be removed. I had water damage to my phone and the ear speaker wasn't working when I took it in for repair. Just before I gave it to the technician, I tested it again to make sure it still wasn't working - no luck. When I came back to pick it up, he said it started working before they went in to fix it. Had the glass replaced on a iPhone 7. The quality of the glass isn't the same as the original. The colors are washed out and if look at from the side it's all hazy and green. It also has been an issue scanning barcodes on the TSA scanners at the airport. For $30 more and whole lot more travel time I should have gone to Apple. Now I guess I'm going to have to go to Apple and have this one replaced or buy an upgrade which I was trying to avoid. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took my grandsons ds there with a broken screen. They said three to five days to repair. Sixteen days later and four phone calls later I picked it up. Screen was fixed but the button to switch between 2 and 3d was broken and a screw was totally missing. $139.00!!!! They sent an email asking me to review their services and I rated them poorly and told them I was going to leave a review on yelp. Lady calls and begs me to not leave a review and give hem a chance to fix it. Took it back and five days later had to call them. Still not fixed! Told them I was on my way to get it. 23 days of drama, 4 hours spent in the car to and from and the ds is worse than when I took it there! Would not recommend!!!!! read more
