Was told I couldn't change the phone number of a line and just needed to add a new line and that I would then have to call an 800 number to cancel it. Well what they didn't tell me was that if I cancel a line within 90 days of adding a service, I would lose the discounts on that phone. I specifically asked the agent if my plan was staying the same and he said yes. However he made the new line a higher priced plan, added insurance to it, and then added insurance to the main line on the account without my knowledge or consent. Just call ATT for upgrades, do not go into this store. Authorized retailers are 3rd party and work on commission so when they add stuff to your line, they get paid and you have to call att to have it removed anyway. Skip these shady middlemen.

It wouldn't be nice of me to judge all stores the same due to customer service received at this location vs other locations. Some places you'll spend a lot of time and for the most part many people don't have that type of time to waste. They want to be in and out.

I had a serious coverage issue in the home where I am living temporarily. Miguel is the best customer service person I have ever had anywhere in my 73 years. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator and is a superb customer advocate. He spent 3 hours with me as together we contacted Verizon technical support in an attempt to resolve the coverage issue. We were not able to get resolution as Verizon does not have the capability but I am so grateful that I had Miguel by my side throughout this frustrating few hours. He did a terrific job of explaining the situation and was persistent in speaking with any and everyone who could possibly help us. I very much appreciate his can-do attitude and persistence on my behalf. Congratulations of one outstanding employee.

She told us the issues would fix themselves in the sun. The employee acknowledged that there was not enough time to do the install-but we're still not sure why they were happy to hand over an unfinished product. We've tried calling and emailing them, but have gotten nowhere. Stay far far away.
