Actually I needed to buy a charging cable for my Ipad and they had what I needed. This particular store I've noticed isn't very busy daily which is good for a customer who needs to start phone service and get in and out. At times, I've seen them with maybe 7-8 people in the store at once. This also could be because there's another T-Mobile maybe a quarter of a mile down the street. The employees I did find are knowledgeable about the different services and plans. I will most definitely come back to this store. It's like I have 2 to choose from.

This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

I left you another text message and said I could make it on Sunday after I had shifted some things around and you stated you had already replaced my appointment and asked if Monday at 4pm would work for me. I responded with yes, that would work for me and asked if there was any earlier time. You responded with yea, I am trying to avoid double booking What color is your iPhone 15 ProMax? I responded grayish almost blue tint, maybe natural and then I checked my purchase paperwork and responded blue titanium. You did not respond to any of those messages and I arrived at your business at 3:56 pm on Monday to a locked door. I sent you another text message which you never replied to and then called the number on the door explaining I had a 4pm appt and no one was in the business and the door was locked. Your response on the phone was you were working on a phone and would be there soon. I thought in spite of the above actions a three star review was fair you never once apologized for not being at your business for the appointment or making me wait. Then you send me the message above saying I don't have the money to get Apple logo parts. The truth was you wanted $20.00 more than someone who would fix my phone in 45 minutes the same day with Apple logo parts and I would not have to wait another day for you to fix it with the non logo glass or maybe longer if I wanted the Apple logo glass. I was trying to be nice and I thought a three star review was fair considering the treatment I received. You obviously disagreed from the message you sent me. I think this review is very accurate and you are correct you did not render any services. Instead you chose to insult me and say I could not afford to fix my phone. I step out called T-Mobile on the phone and got a super nice and patience representative which took her time to help me. she got my number ported so I went back inside with her on the line to explain what would be their next step to finish the transaction action after explaining it to them i was told they no longer needed to speak with her. Silly me not knowing they just cut her out of the commission she worked for. I told them what phone I wanted which was 256g . i was told that color was not in store so I would have to wait. I could not wait because I was going to travel so I settled for another color. if the phone wasnt given problem for me to take it to get repair I wouldn't have knew the crooks sold me a phone with 156g. it took me 5 months to realize.
