Actually I needed to buy a charging cable for my Ipad and they had what I needed. This particular store I've noticed isn't very busy daily which is good for a customer who needs to start phone service and get in and out. At times, I've seen them with maybe 7-8 people in the store at once. This also could be because there's another T-Mobile maybe a quarter of a mile down the street. The employees I did find are knowledgeable about the different services and plans. I will most definitely come back to this store. It's like I have 2 to choose from.

I changed the broken screen from my old phone a couple times here until I decided to get a new phone. When I got a new phone I came to this place to buy a good case so I wouldn't have the same screen problem again. The lady attending the kiosk explained me a promotion they had called Cellairis Bundle. If I bought an specific type of case ($50) I was also gonna get a screen protector, free screen repairs for three years and coverage on the case and protector too. For $50 this is a great deal. I was hesitant at first but now it's about to be a year I've that case and it's just excellent. The case it's so pretty and it's literally unbreakable. I don't know how many times I've dropped my phone and it doesn't seem to have not even a scratch. My screen protector broke once so I had to use the bundle coverage, and everything went perfect.
