She successfully corrected mistakes made by another Verizon staff member at the Farragut, TN Verizon store involving a complicated phone number porting scenario from an AT&T business account to my account. Because she handled that so well, I trusted only her to upgrade two other phones and plans on my account. These phones belonged to my sons, one who lived out of state. This involved trade-ins and my phone bill jumping up and down. Again, she answered all my questions and navigated that so that in the end, there were no negative surprises. I had a visit at the Spring Hill Verizon store at 5310 Main Street this afternoon. I purchased iPhone 16 Pros for my wife and me. I had the pleasure of working with an outstanding young man by the name of Zachariah Norby. I found Zachariah to be extremely pleasant and professional. He was very helpful. He helped me choose the phones and features that were appropriate for our needs. There was no hard sell for anything I did not want or that I felt I did not need. He took his time and was thorough. He explained everything. He took care of the data transfers and applied the new screen protectors. The process was seamless. I would strongly recommend seeking this young man out. *If I could leave 0 stars, I would.... Do not go to the Spring Hill, TN Verizon retailer. When I bought my new iPhone 14 Pro max , they installed the wrong glass screen protector for a 13 pro max. They told me it was a lifetime warranty and to bring it back anytime. Well, the front camera never worked because it was the wrong screen protector, and it cracked, so I brought it in like I was told. On 5/17/23, I waited for 10 minutes without being helped so I left. Today on 5/18/23, I waited for 10 minutes, before being addressed. Two of the employees were texting on their cell phones and ignoring me. Finally, one guy asked what I needed and I explained what I needed. He said to take it up with the manufacturer online. That's not what I was told. You installed the wrong screen protector! I called Verizon corporate and the guy didn't know how to do anything. Everyone at this store is absolutely rude and un knowledgeable. This is the last straw for me, I'm switching to AT&T. Until you fire everyone here and hire people who know what they're doing, I will go out of my way to make sure no one visits this location. read more

Waited an hour at this location for service without even being acknowledged due to the fact that the salesmen were to busy up selling customers on way more than what they came for. In the meantime not taking care of or at the very least acknowledging the customers waiting for service. One salesman actually kicked a couple he started to work with, back into the waiting line so that he could finish with a customer who walked in again from earler service. I am a manager in a similar industry and I have never had such horrible service. read more

Also to add this dealer charges 10.00 more a verizon phone than the MSRP of anyone. A 899.00 phone is 910.00 I was told by Avery a manager they do that. Justin is suppose to be a manger rudest person I have ever talked to. Avery and Tiffany did call me but it is as if they are scripted to say "we are sorry for the inconvenience". They only tell you what they can't do not what they can do. The corporate Verizon store Loyalty Team has called them twice now to help me. They shook their heads at the lack of communication and knowledge of where our trade in phones were. It looks as if Kayla took them home (still had them 3 weeks later) and her room mate got Avery serial numbers to try and get our 1,400 credit. I tell my story and people shake their heads. This is truly something you can't make up. I can't give a 0 or I would. I am hoping this helps another person from being done to them what has been done to us. If I had to go cellular phone less for life I would NEVER buy or deal with Cellular Sales again. I do have a voicemail from Kayla and she did not call and take care of this issue as per her voicemail and I spoke to her on the phone. I am still dealing with this as her paper work says one bill and we have yet a different bill. The phones have been credited after spending two days of my time on the phone. First of all I was greeted by Emily Huang. She was very friendly and understanding. I was needing a new phone, after 5 years it was needed. She sat down with me and throughout the meeting she was able to answer any and all my questions. She even told me to contact her if I thought of anything else. So after a week of deliberation I decided to go back and upgrade. Unfortunately she wasn't there but her boss finished what she started. By far the best most professional service I have ever had. I stopped in the store in December and was helped by Preston. He informed me I earned a FREE APPLE WATCH, but he DID NOT TELL ME in order to get it I would have to take on a new service contract for the watch. That was misleading, and when I came to return the watch without the box, I was charged $100 (restocking fee). So because of Preston's 'forgetting' to inform me about an additional service contract I am out $100. I guarantee if it had been clearly stated 'You will be required to pay for a service contract' I would not have done it. I DON'T TRUST THIS OTHERWISE GOOD STORE. They owe me $100. read more

Awful customer service from Jonathan. I took my elderly mother in for assistance on her account. We waited patiently for our turn. Jonathan finished with his customers. Once he finished he saw us and totally ignored us, he went to the opposite side to help. That customer politely pointed to us saying we are next. Went there at 6:45 pm and the doors are locked - the business is suppose to close at 8 pm. Knocked on door and a "manager type" came and opened the door and said can I help you but was clearly not letting me through the door. I asked if they were closing early, he said yes because we are short handed. In all the years I worked retail, we didn't close early when we were short handed, we worked late. I went in to this location today to purchase a new phone . I have a 6 plus and it was on its last leg but since I am not electronic inclined I had my daughter on the phone with me so she could hear the salesman explain what he had and what I needed to by and this was explained to the salesman . I told him I would like to have one simular to the one i had and he replied "they quit selling this model 5 years ago , that would be like me going to a new car lot and asking for a new 5 year old car " . I could have replied that my husband just bought one last month from AT and T but I didn't want to show his ignorance . I finally found one to buy after confering with my daughter who was still on speaker phone and told me this phone would work for me . I ask how much the phone was , he replied 410.00 . I told him I wanted to pay cash and he said then it would be 510.00 . I asked him why and he stated if you would get off the phone I will answer your question . By this time I had enough of his smart ass attitude , I was the only person in the store with two employees who were just standing around talking to each other and I guess they didn't want to stop their socializing to wait on me . I told him as politely as I could to kiss my ass and started walking to the door as he replied '' have a nice day and I replied " go to hell and drove back to Cricket which is owned by At and T and bought the same phone for 299.00 and the employees at cricket was so nice , patient and knowledgeable .Their service is so much cheaper as well . I have a family plan of 11 items and have been with verizon for over 20 years which will soon all be transfered to cricket So , verizon you need to find out who that smart mouth wimp you have working for you isbefore loosing more customers and being sued for age discrimination since I am a senior . I was just into this store the other day. Not a good vibe. No good answers. Just a head nod and the politically correct answers that I won't ever grow used to. I left wanting to do some homework because with what little information I was given, I wanted to make sure that I got what I came in for. I decided to check out the Lawrenceburg Verizon store. I've always had great experiences there with employees who bend over backwards to hook you up. Needless to say, I got deals that weren't even mentioned to me at the Spring Hill store. They had stuff on display in Lawrenceburg that Spring Hill didn't have. I got a phone for my son with accessories included which was a special they had going on. I also was told about the 2 GB high speed and then after that unlimited data with a Jetpack. Not even mentioned by the gal in the Spring Hill store. I walked out as a very happy customer and vowed to write a 1 star review on Spring Hill. It is unbelievable that I got nothing from them yet I walk into another Verizon store that got me all that I wanted within the budget that I had. In life, get second opinions and don't settle for mediocre when you can walk out and wonder if a miracle didn't just happen. Shame on Spring Hill. This is the second terrible experience I've had now with that area with businesses. I'm beginning to wonder if I should just stay away from trying to make anything work over there anymore. My husband and I will NEVER take our business here again. We returned our service to Verizon by going here and the phones that we were sold we BOTH defective. After some research, we learned that they sold us Certified phone that were not NEW. However, we are paying full price for NEW phones. We have escalated our complaints about this location directly to a Vice President at Verizon Wireless. Verizon is losing our business again once and for all over this mess unless they make right what this business did wrong. This store has the worst customer service. The first time I went there with a problem of my sons phone number was given to another customer. We had the number for 2 years and had never stopped his service. When I went to the store they messed up our account even more costing me a lot more money and so much wasted time. We had to deal with general managers to get things straightened out. The salesmen in this store are not only untrained they are very unprofessional. While in the store, the salesmen were talking about hanging out in Vegas with a pimp in front of my young children. I had to have an interesting conversation with my kids after that. Today, we had ordered a gizmo watch for my son. I tracked the watch seeing it was delivered three days ago. We had not received a call that it was in so I called them. I was put on hold for Twenty minutes. I hung up and called again to find out it was there. Now, I have been sitting in the store for over 30 minutes and they can't figure out how to activate the gizmo watch. read more
