Manager (who drives a white BMW and was in a rush to leave) was in a rush to get us into a new plan, said we could move to better plan, at the same rate as our current plan. Two weeks go by..... Get the first bill on new plan, and it's almost $70 more each month. I go to the store to ask why/dispute new charge, and I have to handle any billing questions. Candidly, I was completely lied to about the new bill rate. After an hour of AI and "chat bots" I was finally able to get our bill back to previous amount. Complete waste of time actually going to the store.

I was able to verify with AT&T customer service that this isn't a corporate policy and just the local store. AT&T wireless service isn't great in the area so they should attempt to make up for it by having the best people in place to keep customers.

He helped me get set up with a brand-new iPhone Pro that had just come back in stock and made the entire upgrade process quick and painless. On top of that, Kenny assisted me with switching over to Verizon Home Internet. Not only was the setup smooth, but I'm now paying half of what I was being charged with my old AT&T service--which was honestly terrible by comparison. Because she handled that so well, I trusted only her to upgrade two other phones and plans on my account. These phones belonged to my sons, one who lived out of state. This involved trade-ins and my phone bill jumping up and down. Again, she answered all my questions and navigated that so that in the end, there were no negative surprises. I'm sure there are many capable people at Verizon, but I will only go to her in the future because I trust her completely! Thank you so much for all your help...you are the BEST!!!

He was talking all kinds of craziness about mine and my husband's emails being wrong, names spelled wrong, account being in different names, telling me I had to change info and wait for approx 4 months for things to process, etc etc. He did add if he could get things to work that we would save five dollars per phone, which would be $20 a month. After an hour of completely confusing me and getting me all rattled, he said he wanted to go consult with his manager. He returned and told me, when I had time to call Customer Service. He handed me a piece of paper where he had written down the customer service number. I was frustrated that the manager didn't even offer to come talk to me. I told the employee I was calling customer service in the store and resolving this, before I left. When I called Customer Service, I explained that I was in the AT&T store and the employee basically couldn't do anything on his end to help me after an hour and requested i call. The customer service guy said he couldn't figure out why the employee in the store was having such difficulty because he was able to pull my account up with no problem. He apologized for my inconvenience, and solved my issue in a matter of minutes. I learned a lesson... I will always attempt to call customer service, before I ever enter an AT&T store. Also, the Customer Service guy told me I would be saving $10 on each phone, total of $40 each month. So, that was more invalid information I was given in the store. The best thing about my whole experience at the AT&T store was the employee walked me over to the door and opened it for me to leave. I did inform him my issue was resolved quickly, and customer service questioned why it was so difficult for them to handle it in the store.

He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. He even let me sit down and eat my snack as I had just got done working and was starving! I was recovering from a small surgery and he was very accommodating and made me feel right at home. I am so happy with our new digital LG washer and dryer in matte black. Steve did not rush me and saved me $1,000 and gave me a rebate too of $100. Every little bit helps these days in this inflated market. I love coming to this store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I will always recommend Electronic Express over Best Buy, hands down! They don't treat you like a number, they treat you like family and answer all your questions. I am very happy! I will always be loyal customer and recommend all my friends and family.
