Poor experience -- unwilling to upgrade phones because I wasn't a new customer or adding lines…read more New IPhones are held for new customer or added lines, but if you have been a long time customer then you must order and wait for shipping and activate from home and deal with the hassle of shipping your phone later. I was able to verify with AT&T customer service that this isn't a corporate policy and just the local store. AT&T wireless service isn't great in the area so they should attempt to make up for it by having the best people in place to keep customers.

I called back to the store and asked for the manager, employee would not let me speak to the manager, he told me his staff did not tell me they had phones, I asked him how he knew that and he said he asked her. (She told him she talked to me but didn't tell me they had phones. ) They dead end you and do not care. Do not support this store.

Staff were around, but I never interacted with any of them. It's crazy to me that back-to-school promotions have already started. Maybe there are year-round semesters here? My grad school started in mid-August for the fall semester, so maybe it's not wacky. The clearance section is small. It's in the left back corner of the store. There were some nice tumblers, but I have enough of them! The washrooms are at the back of the store. The women's was clean and nicely stocked. I like looking at rolling computer bags. There were a couple that were on sale, but they are all black and boring. I enjoyed looking at the brush and calligraphy pens, too. It was nice to browse around. I didn't find anything that I had wanted, which my credit card was thankful for. (236)

I stopped by in search of a drafting chair due to a higher than average desk I have at home. There were not many employees on the floor, so I was not able to get assistance in my search until I went to the register and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He offered to look up locations that may have them around the area, as drafting chairs were only carried at specialty locations or online. I wasn't that pressed, so I just asked for the location details. In addition to that information, he also offered other solutions for taller desks such as mountable keyboard drawers and trays. Sadly they did not carry those either, but it did give me good idea for a cheaper alternative. Overall, the location is dated and in need of an update, but the shelves are stocked and the service was top notch!

She…read moresuccessfully corrected mistakes made by another Verizon staff member at the Farragut, TN Verizon store involving a complicated phone number porting scenario from an AT&T business account to my account. Because she handled that so well, I trusted only her to upgrade two other phones and plans on my account. These phones belonged to my sons, one who lived out of state. This involved trade-ins and my phone bill jumping up and down. Again, she answered all my questions and navigated that so that in the end, there were no negative surprises. I'm sure there are many capable people at Verizon, but I will only go to her in the future because I trust her completely! Thank you so much for all your help...you are the BEST!!!

I buzzed into the store to purchase a cord and while speaking with the owner, Greg, I began complaining about my system; slow, complaint 2 ... complaint 99, and I woefully suggested perhaps I needed to break down and purchase another system. Greg proceeded to share w/ me the great attributes of my laptop and then suggested replacing my factory hard drive w/ a solid state hard drive. Wow! All the difference in the world. The speed and responsiveness from my Latitude is incredible and in the process, Greg saved me money. I cannot recommend this business high enough.
