I went in twice, within the same several days that I visited the Macy's location. In those two times, there were two different females working. The first visit, though more pleasant, still wasn't anything special. Asked if I needed help, I replied. "Those are over there" with a finger point. Ok, thanks?? Second visit, (as referenced in the previous review) was never even acknowledged. Female clerk was flirting with a guy, who when he left, never even looked up due to being deep into a texting war on her phone. I actually needed assistance but didn't want to bother her at work... go figure. so I left. Not sure if the service is supposed to wow me at Sunglass Hut anyway, but this was a complete and extreme opposite of the service received at the store within Macy's.
