Ok guys here is Jeff N. writing a review of Karen and my visit to your Pelham, Al store just off 31S and 119Hwy or Pelham Parkway. Justine was our rep and we bought new Iphones replacing our Iphone 5's that finally gave up the ghost. In case you have read this far, and have concern about Covid-19 you can be asure they are practicing distancing and are wearing a mask. We got the new Iphone SE (I believe). They transferred all my apps and email addresses, fitted both with scteen protector and Otter Box covers as requested. Went here for a new iPhone 7 not too long ago, within three days the whole screen froze and the phone would not work anymore. No damage done on my part whatsoever. I take it back and get a new one and no more than three weeks later the same thing happened to the new phone, once again no damage done on my part. I've never had a phone do this in my life and all of a sudden it happens twice in a month. Don't know if this store sells defective phones or it's just a strange coincidence. read more
