I went to the Utica store tonight to get my phone bill looked at,I was greeted by Eric it was almost like he was waiting at the door for me he told me he could help me and after 35 min he did,I left the store with a new otter box case for my phone and a savings of over 840.00 over the next 2 years,the only problem was that I wish I would have came here to get the phone. I got it on line at the website it took me 3 days to get and I payed more online,because Eric saved me over 840 over the next 2 years I will definitely be coming down on black Friday and getting a new tablet on my plan Eric was telling me that they will be free after rebates at all the cellular sales stores in NY on black friday.I will be telling all my friends about Eric and this Verizon store thank you so much this is a big help with Xmas right around the corner. read more

Rick Loreto took good care of my sister and I. I went looking for an upgrade on August 14th, and he was super helpful and informative. I ended up choosing the iPhone 11 Pro Max and he helped put on a screen protector and choose the best case. i was hoping for a great experience to start my shopping this year. Instead Adam was inattentive and distracted the entire time. he barely listened when I told him I wanted a Samsung.
