I can't recommend strongly enough to avoid doing business here, especially with Hadaasah. You might think it's a Verizon store. It is not. Hadaasah mislead me on nearly everything. Coudon't be more disappointed with the service received at this location. I've been a customer with Verizon for 25+ years and never experienced such a dishonest and rude experience where I truly felt taken advantage of. I went in to upgrade my iphone and with that there was a promotion for a "free watch". The manager of the store told me that I had to leave for about an hour and then come back and report my old watch stolen. I told my daughter this and she said to go home that sounded sketchy as she just did the same upgrade and promo as was not told to do that. Plus why should I even be turning in or reporting my old watch stolen when I am getting a new FREE watch without trade in. Afterwards I called back the store a few days later as I realized on my account it showed me PAYING for this watch. The same manager Mike that helped me said I'll have to call support for them to basically fix what he messed up. When I called support they confirmed there was NEVER any promo applied. I truly could not feel more disappointed and taken advantage of. I will be reconsidering even staying a Verizon customer moving forward. read more

I came in to see how much damage(money) it would be to switch 5 lines from Tmobile. I got the 2 Justin's, they were outstanding. got me approved quickly. i was able to retain our numbers and they were upfront about the cost.i was able to switch to team I phone for 4 of my lines. ( still one android). i was so impressed that i brought my daughter in the next day to them and she switched her 3 lines to Verizon. just want to say that if you want to feel valued and not just another number. My wife recently purchased a new phone and accessories. Within 2 weeks the glass protector broke. After 3 trips in attempt to get it resolved, they refused to help the only thing she received is there run around and no help. I chose 3 stars because the gentleman that worked in this Verizon location was very nice and helpful. But overall, it seems like the Verizon located on Preserve Walk Ln and the Verizon located in Brandon didn't know what they were doing. I don't live too far from the 2 Verizon stores (excluding Brandon location). I came to the Verizon near County Line Rd to get my bill cheaper because I work for a certain company. They apologized and said that they can't do it for some odd reason and told me to try the Verizon on Preserve Walk. I tried the next day, gentleman just gave me a piece of paper with 2 Verizon locations on it (one of them was Brandon location) and told me to go There to get my bill cheaper. Okay. LUCKILY I didn't waste my time and gas driving all the way to Brandon location because I called and asked and the lady on the phone said, with attitude, "you need to go online to do that". If I needed to do it online, why didn't you just state it in the First Place. read more

Fortunately, LG had a promotion where LG brought out the remaining months of my 2 year contract. Keenan was patient and helpful discussing different cell phone specifications. I would not suggest you deal with this location, and certainly DO NOT deal with a salesperson named Max!! He is a con and a liar! I have been dealing with this location for almost 8 years, and never had a problem but my last encounter...and I do mean my last...has completely soured me on this place. On 12/26/16, my Samsung LG4, went dead and would not restart. I took it to this store (where I had bought it a year earlier) and was approached by "Max". I told him of the problem and he immediately told me that a "glitch" had been discovered in the LG4 that was causing phones to die, and there was no fix to it. The phone could not be used and was no good. He asked me when I had purchased it and I told him I wasn't sure...probably around my normal upgrade month, which is August. He looked at my account and said, "yes, thats right". I asked him about the warranty and insurance I had on the phone. He told me that originally Samsung was extending the warrantys on this phone for an extra 3 months, because of the problem. But that even with that extension, my phone was 1 month past that. And as for insurance, it would only cover getting the same phone and why would I want to get the same phone, when there was a chance the same thing could happen to it? He started spouting out all the things "he could do for me" and throwing out costs of a different phone. Since my husband handles all the cell phone purchases, I told Max that I didnt want to make any decisions without my husband. Max didn't seem to like that. I told Max that I didnt live too far away and that I would come back with my husband. When I told him that, he was INSISTENT that I make sure I saw him when we came back, even if we had to wait, because he works on commission. So about 2 hours later, my husband and I come back, and Max tells him what he told me, and after much back and forth, we decide on new phone. (I forgot to mention that my previous phone was still on a monthly payment plan and I would still have to be paying for the other phone monthly, even though it was not usuable.) So, now I have another monthly payment for the new phone, on top of the monthly payment for the broken phone, and paying $200 out of pocket at the store. Oh, and he tells us we can get a free tablet with this order, because of a promotion going on. We figure this is a good way to upgrade our tablet. What he doesnt bother to tell us, until he handed us the bill, is that there is a $40.00 activation charge for the tablet, even though we already have one activated. After 2 hours at this store and 2 trips, we just paid the darn thing and got our of there. FIVE DAYS LATER, I find out that this guy conned us into the sale of a new phone when I didnt even need to get one!!!! 5 days later, on my FB, pops up a posted memory from 1 year ago on 12/30/15 and its my posting about having to get a new phone because my Galaxy broke, and I ended up with a Samsung 4!!! What this meant was that Max LIED to me about when the original warranty started for the Samsung LG4 that just died....it was not in August 2015, it was 12/30/15!! 5 days earlier, when he told me my waranty was way passed, it was still in effect for 5 more days! He blatently took advantage of the fact that I wasnt sure when I bought the phone!! Needless to say, I was furious!!! We called Samsung to inquire about the glitch in the LG4's and they said it had been true BUT all the ones they have in stock now, have been refurbished and the motherboards have all been replaced, and problem solved! SO I could have easily gotten a new phone from Cellular Sales, at the beginning of this problem. And, Samsung told us that there was never a 3 month extension given on warranty's for this problem. Another lie my Max!!! Samsung sent me a new phone right away and told is to take back the other phone....that we never needed in the 1st place...back to Cellular Sales. We also called Verizon, to tell them of the unscrupulous practice of this dealer and salesman, and they were not happy at all. We took the phone (and the tablet) back to Cellular, and unfortunately Max was not there that day. We were helped by a very obliging gemtleman, who could not understand why Max diid what he did and he would certainly contacting their regional manage, to see how they want to handle this. It took almost another hour of voiding the sale, reapplying all the taken upgrades, cancelling the tablet, etc. Alot of aggravation and time. When we left, thus gentleman, (who's name i dont remember) said he would get back to us in a few days to let us know what action had been taken or have his manager call us. Well, that didn't happen and we had to chase him down with texts and calls. Then the buck got passed to customer service and took weeks to be credited back the way we were supposed to. And it all should have never happened in the first place!! It was all because this Max person wanted the sale, and he did it through lying and deciet. STAY AWAY! read more

I recommend avoiding this location. When I switched to Verizon two years ago, I was promised to receive $600 for a two year agreement. After numerous visits back to the store and multiple calls to the Verizon customer service line to inquire about the money I was promised, I finally was reimbursed $400. Two years later and after multiple queries, here's a text I received from a guy named Andrew who identified himself as the store's accounts manager: "Alright so I did some digging and I did find the notes where you were supposed to be getting that $200 promo when you activated your phones. I called my GM and explained the situation to him, and he said unfortunately since it's been such a long time since this happened back in 2015, that there isn't anything I can do to get that back for you. I want to apologize on behalf of Verizon for you not getting that credit. I know that sucks and I would be be upset too. If you still would like to work with us and get new phones, I would like to handle your account from now on to make sure something like this doesn't happen again. Once again I apologize, and I hope I am able to help you out in the future!" It's all in their plan...make a promise, fail to deliver, then apologize and ask for you to trust them again. Do not do business with this authorized retailer. Go to a corporate store! They will lie to you, try to deceive you and tell you anything to make a sale. I went here initially and was told one thing by a sales associate, when I returned to finalize a purchase was told completely different things. I also overheard another sales associate lie to a customer while I waited, that confirmed the shady business. I did not trust these people to make changes to my account! You should alway understand what is being sold to you! It's your money!! Do not feel pressure by these aggressive, greedy unprofessional sales tactics. It was awkward, rude and I left this place to visit a corporate location. Where I wasn't lied to, and was shown everything I was getting into. Beware of this location! If there was an option for zero stars- I'd use it here. I just had THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER .... Worst EVER!!.... I placed an order in the Verizon Wireless store here in front of Target on Bruce B Downs, to replace/upgrade my son's smartphone about a week ago. I received an email that the order was shipped to the store and tracked the package via FedEx online. I found out that it had been delivered to the store about 3 days later. When I went by to pick it up, The salesman insisted that they always call to let customers know when phones come in, and that if I didn't receive a call, it shouldn't be there. Nope.... never got a call. No big deal. I asked him to check and ta da! It was there!! When the purchase was being finalized (paperwork, computer entry stuff that he had to do, etc.), I received an email while waiting, thanking me for signing up for the Verizon Mobile Protection Plan. I didn't sign up for or request it.... So I asked the salesman (Thomas) what the email was about. He indicated that all phones got the protection plan (insurance) added on at the time of purchase. I didn't appreciate being forced into an additional monthly fee of $11 so I asked that he delete the insurance. I'd do without it. He refused. Said that it was required. I asked again to have it removed, he said that I could remove it myself the following day. Now why on Earth would I do that when I'm sitting right there, telling them that it's an option I DO NOT WANT? He was adamant and so was I. So he consulted with Neil, his co-worker. Neil said the same thing to me and of course I told him that it was unacceptable. Insurance is a good thing- I don't deny that, but when it's forced on me - that's not ok. Neil said that I could leave the store and come back and they'd remove it from the transaction. This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE! He then told me that I could walk out and then back in again. He wanted to ensure that the security cameras captured me going in and out again. Only then would they agree to take the insurance fee off of my bill. Now you tell me...Good customer service? I did it- and the cameras were on and running. I hope that a Verizon leader/Executive reads this to understand what their rockstar sales force is up to. I think I just might give them a call, write a letter ..... Neil and Thomas will be hearing about this fiasco soon from their bosses. Make no mistake. I honor, reward and praise good customer service. But this..... this deserves some extra attention, and will certainly be escalated ASAP. read more

I had a great experience at this location while upgrading and adding a line to my account. I was originally contacted by Dale who reached out to let me know I had options to decrease my bill. I had been considering upgrading my phone and took his invitation to come and and see what they could do for me. Unfortunately the day I was available to come in Dale was not in, however he set up my appointment and had me meet with Robert. Robert was great! Dale had already explained to him what I was contemplating and had ready the things that Dale and I had discussed. I ended up upgrading my phone, adding a line and getting a monthly discount on my bill that I had no idea I was even eligible for! Overall a great experience! This was my second experience at this location and both times I left happy and satisfied. read more

0The store seems to be a questionable/shady. Everything they said was not what was actually written down. Got a call from Verizon, I owe more money for a phone that I turned into sales person in the store. I am down about $1,100. make sure that what is written in the box, is also written in the text behind. They will show the box and it seems to be okay but it's not what is really in the contract. Never received rebates either. Salesperson will give you their cell number for contact. But won't call you back. I left several messages with the store manager, they are "researching". Days later, never called me back to follow up. This was at the Wesley Chapel store. My salesperson was Matt. I would recommend going to Best Buy or even Sam's. Never had a problem with those two. Not to mention the new phone they sold me, didn't work. Took it back days later for a new one, it doesn't work either. Even that was questionable, two batteries in the box & unwrapped. Everyone there pretends to be helpful until you actually need help. The sales people are extremely misleading, telling me that my monthly expenses would be around $125 EVERYTHING INCLUDED. but for got to mention the $15/mo in tax AND $35/mo for the extra phone I just added WERE NOT INCLUDED IN WHAT THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME. Making my monthly bill for 2 phones come to $175/mo!!! I came in to figure out what the hell was going on and the only thing the sales person seemed to be doing was pointing the finger back at me. Customer service here is nonexistent. They don't want to help you they just want to sell you more than you can afford to get their profits up and then make you feel like that's what you signed up for. They twist their words to make you feel like you got a good deal and then when you sign the paperwork you're screwed. Typical. Just when I feel like the people here were trustworthy. When I asked for paper documents they told me there was no way they could get that to me. Shady huh? This place is a fucking joke. Never go here!!! read more
