We went to Mobile Tech on Tues. Sept 1 to request a partial refund. They never apologized for his inconvenience, but advised that since he made the maintenance agreement invalid by getting phone fixed by another Vendor there was nothing they could do and they don't do Refunds. When I informed them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the male behind the Counter said, "Just don't come back". They are offering a service that they are not trained to provide.

First time - I noticed a burn in on the screen (sidenote: you get a remanufactured screen not new screen when you replace the LCD... I did not know this). They replaced the LCD screen again. Second time - the glass for the screen was not glued properly and kept coming up. Came back and they fixed it. Third time, screen was coming up again. I returned and they fixed it. Fourth time, screen is unglued AGAIN. Returned and just asked for my money back b/c I was getting frustrated. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty and can keep using that but there is no refund. Great... who is going to continue to come back every other day for 90 days to get their phone fixed? It is okay place to get the screen fixed. I was quoted $50 but the LCD screen had burn marks so I had to replace it for &192. But, if you have a problem with it later on, good luck trying to get it resolved. My complaints fell on deaf ears.

The part delivery showed up just as I was leaving and they fixed the phone... Or so I thought. After charging me $100 the screen began to pop out of place a week later. I went back to the store and the gentleman who owns the place replaced the screen for a second time. A couple days later the screen was popping off again. I was due for an upgrade with my provider in a month so I struggled with a half working phone for a month. The middle of the screen did not function. What a worthless place!
