After 2 months of not receiving the credit, I was told the store had signed me up on the wrong plan that didn't qualify. Few months later went back into the same store to get a new phone and was promised personally by the manager that the phone would be free, and again was told it might take a month or two for the credit to show up. Just got off the phone and surprise surprise, there was no promotion and I'm just screwed. Again. Can't wait to pay off this stupid phone and never go back to Tmobile again.

THIS WAS AFTER MY HUSBAND SPENT JUST UNDER AN HOUR! STILL GO IT WRONG. KENNA spent 2 hours with me trying to figure this out (Amazon as normal was their own circus) and made many calls and spent a good amount of time not only on hold but with their own people saying all they could do was give us a "bill credit" which would effect this particular store's commission and them directly, when it absolutely WAS NOT in anyway, shape or form THEIR mistake but their corporate's mistake and non working website and codes. Asked to speak to a manager and he claims there are no managers at this location just employees. he never even bothered to look my info in the system. he thought it was funny that I was upset that I have been a customer for over 15 years and have 6 phone lines with them and yet there was nothing they were willing to do for me. called the 800 number and the very nice customer service lady was able to help me out with no issues. avoid this place, the other us cellular by fareway has much more attentive and professional employees.
