I bought the phone they gave me the trackers and helped me set up one of the trackers through the app. Then the next month I saw an overcharge on my account, and when I called the T mobile service they told me the charge was because I had bought three trackers and I had used them I said I got them for free, that's what I was told in the store and then they explained no they charged you and when I found the receipt I saw that they did really charge me plus they did not tell me that using it you have to pay for the service.
