Well I decided to get help form these guys who first told me that my 50mbps wasn't enough to sustain the many gamers I had in my home. Then went on to try and bring the other gentleman in on it with him. To his surprise the guy didn't agree. Then the guy said to me, I am going to let you know just me being human, here in Indiana At&t service sucks. If I were you I would go to another company like xfinity that has better internet. Seeing that I have been with At&t for 20 years, that was kind of a hard pill to swallow. But you know what... maybe he is right. Maybe I should. They don't seem to care whether you have been with them for decades or days. You can sign up with them and get better deals than the people like me who hate to jump around and get screwed in the process. Or actually work for them and have no option. Either way. I don't recommend until they make some changes:)

I would have hoped we would have had the same courtesy but did not experience that at all. Being ignored is terrible, even the store manager is not helpful. No replies thus far and it is 7/30/25.

The screen comes with a one year warranty -- let's hope we won't need to use it. They also offer subscription plans to cover all the devices in your home. I'm seriously considering the plan as it does seem reasonable.
