When I got my first bill there was an extra charge of $5.00 a month that I did not agree to. They just tacked on an extra 60 bucks a year and called it some kind of BS service charge without my consent. Over all I can't complain about the Surf internet performance. Its been OK. Then along came Frontier. Surf agreed to meet Frontiers price so I kept Surf over Frontier, Surf agreed to match what Frontier was offering. My bill dropped about 20 bucks a month. I ask the rep from Frontier if customer service was in America. He said any problem will go directly through him. Long story short. Frontier has reps over seas. I called a number off the web and was connected to an over seas rep. Anytime I call Serf internet I am talking directly to someone from America and is within driving distance of my home. To me having a company that hires Americans will be worth the extra charge knowing that an American is working customer service for them. It is nice to talk to someone you can understand without some language issues. Don't get me started on Comcast ... :-) So glad that they are out of my life now that fiber is finally here in my hood. None of the ISP's are perfect and never will be. They have to keep their share holders happy. This is America... Deal with it, .. and be thankful that your have what you got and move on with life.

When I walked up to the door, a salesperson was there to open the door and they got me in and out quickly. The service that the company provides is top notch, but the pricing for the service itself is not ideal compared to their competitors. Although I love Verizon and the service they provide, I ultimately just recently switched to a company that is charging less than half of what I paid with Verizon. I don't technically care for the service from this new provider, but when I reached out to Verizon I was told they could cancel the drawing
