The other gentleman said he couldn't do me any good because he couldn't see the original that showed up on the screen initially tried to tell me that the $1600 in savings I was gonna get by getting the two lines off the $2800. I was gonna be paying for the additional two lines said that my phones that are currently getting $830 each for a trade-in are now getting would only get $183 combined on their organic. They do not provide any receipts or any paperwork so you cannot go back and look at it and they say their system does not provide any data other than a couple of remarks if the sales person puts in the remarks highly recommend going down the street to the TCC cellular company next to Domino's and Sheetz on Hummelstown Road

I was told I…read morequalified for a free upgrade with no changes to my plan or trade in as a loyalty promotion. I confirmed it multiple times that nothing would change, except that I would have to remain with Verizon for at least 3 years. The bill arrives and I'm billed the full price of the phone over the next 3 years through my plan. After multiple attempts and hours trying to correct this, I was told by customer service that the representative at the store told me the promotion incorrectly. In order for the promotion to apply, I would need to upgrade my plan to unlimited, increasing my bill costing me more money in the long run. Multiple representatives told me it was this store's mistake and they would take care of it and I would receive a credit for each month I paid. Every month the bill came, it was never corrected. Now I'm forced to upgrade my plan for a higher price each month. It is absolutely ridiculous that a loyal customer is told information incorrectly by a Verizon representative locking them in to a bill increase. Verizon should honor what their representatives say, and when they make a mistake, it should not fall on the customer. I learned this is not even an official Verizon store, it is run by a third party. Verizon told me to always call in to them directly to get accurate information regarding my plan, but who knew you couldn't trust what the stores tell you? The store representative was no help and stopped replying to my messages completely.

I was greeted kindly by a man at the door but immediately noticed at least 6-8 employees standing around looking bored plus another several back behind the desks. There may have been 1 other customer at the desk. I explained my situation and calmly expressed frustration that previous visits to get help fixing this problem were unsuccessful. The man politely asked if I had a Verizon app. I let him know yes but it was not allowing the change. Previously I received some help from another employee there and a phone call, but still the autopay did not function. He let me know that the only way to update auto-pay was through the app. I again looked around at the at least half-dozen employees looking bored and stated that if it is more work for me to fight with an app then it is to sign up with AT&T I could just go do that. At this point a tall man standing in the center of the group of employees quickly interjected himself into the conversation and said something along the lines of "That's fine you can go do that". I had my 3yo along with me and so chose not to engage any further. I walked out in frustration and disbelief at the interaction. If this is the current culture of customer service at Verizon, I'm out. I am now, after nearly 25 years as a Verizon customer, in the market for a new carrier.

We recently went in to upgrade their plan and phones, and the experience was appalling. Do not trust the sales associates here. Luke R. repeatedly pushed services we explicitly said we did not want--insurance and "Next Up." When we declined, he insisted these were required for the plan. That was a lie. He added them anyway and told me I'd "just have to call and cancel after the trial." When I called AT&T directly, the representative confirmed what I suspected: the associate lied and did so to collect commission. Sadly, it's clear from other reviews that this location has a pattern of dishonesty and preying on customers, especially the elderly. AT&T has allowed this to continue, which is shameful. We've since canceled and taken our business elsewhere. After three decades of loyalty, this is how AT&T chooses to treat its customers. Deceptive, unethical, and disgraceful.

I tried to add a line for a family member, but instead they sold my family member on a new account which they weren't even eligible for, and have been dealing with the outcome for literal months. My mother had to go to the ATT store, repeatedly, to try to add her phone to my att plan. (I'll mention that the staff were mildly rude at best, and didn't even make an effort to acknowledge when a new customer walked in the door). On one occasion the employee didn't know how to add someone to an existing plan, so she had to go home and try again another day. Finally, one day, there was an employee who knew how to use a computer, sort of. Instead of joining my plan, she left with a totally different plan, which she wasn't even eligible for. So, a few days later, back to the ATT store to try to get it sorted. They were able to add her phone line back to my account, but the billing and account was put in her name, not mine - despite me being the original account creator/owner/primary. For months now, I have been trying to get the account corrected, but whatever they did in Hummelstown was so incredibly stupid and backwards that even the ATT "expert managers" online are unable to fix it. I have wasted literally days worth of hours trying to get things fixed, all because of ATT Hummelstown. ATT is good, but please go literally anywhere else to have anything done with your phone or internet. It may seem like a simple operation, but I wouldn't trust them to mop a floor, let alone a phone case.
