All 4 phone were traded in at the Live Oak store and was told every phone with receive $700 for the trade in. I have had nothing but issues with the phones, the service and the trade in credits I should be getting on my bill since. I finally thought the issues was resolved after 8 months of fighting with them about it but guess again... I got my bill and the trade in promotion credit on my fiancé's phone once again is still not on the bill. I am so tired of dealing with this but they are not gonna get our trade in phone for free.. all 4 phones traded in were the iPhone SX Max and we got 4 iPhone 12 max pros... I have the proof of the trade ins yet they can't get their shit together. They are the ones that gave me the proof!!! I just was this to be fixed. Once these phones are paid off I will be going to Verizon, which in fact will be about $200 or more cheaper than what I'm paying for AT&T.... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!! Will never refer to this company again!!!!!

I called Re-Tech and the tech told me he would re-insert the screen for no charge. Great! I wiped the phone and went to the store. The tech examined the phone and told me I needed a new battery, that the original was swollen. OK, $85 no big deal. I call for a pick up and I'm told that after installing the new battery, the screen no longer worked and I would need a new one. Not good! No thanks, say I, I'll just pick the phone up. I get to the store and I find that they have replaced the screen at no charge, since it was functional when they accepted it for repair. This was the right thing to do and I'm a happy customer. 5 stars.

Will lie to your face and they do crappy repairs. Also, they are not very careful with your phone…read more I now have a scratch in the glass and 2 scratches on the sides of the phone. Brought in a Galaxy Note 4 with a jammed volume button. When I picked it back up, the volume button was fixed but later that day when I plugged in the phone to charge, the home button would not work. Apparently the charging port was misaligned and pushing upon the home button when plugged in. I brought the phone back in and showed the misaligned charging port. They said they would fix it. I got a call 15 minutes later saying to pick up the phone, and there was nothing wrong with it. I went up and the button did work like it was supposed too. I asked what he did to fix it and she said he never touched it and there was nothing wrong with it to start with. I looked at the charge port and it was adjusted. You could tell he used a screwdriver to pry it back down due to the missing paint on the top of the charging port. Why couldn't she say they "adjusted" it instead of trying to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. It's not worth the headache, just go to Florida Cell Repair. Much better quality work.
