After having the worst experience at the other location in town, walking into this store was like a religious experience! Seriously Lee is INCREDIBLE. Helpful, kind, funny and efficient. We needed a new sim and a hotspot activated, it seems simple but we had been going back and forth for 3 days with online customer service. We were literally on the verge of tears. But Lee assured us he could help us, and within 20 minutes we were walking out happy as clams. Lee is everything a Verizon customer service rep should be. I went in to get assistance on putting liquid glass on my phone as I had just replaced my screen. I had the best service from Ma'Kaiya. She cleaned my phone thoroughly and then applied the liquid glass and also applied a new cover over my camera lens as well. Before I left I had mentioned my insurance change I had on my account and told her that I am pretty sure when I called customer service they had my insurance coverages mixed up on my devices and I had to give them the number several times to verify. But I also could not understand the customer service person I had spoke to so I finally ended my call with them and said that I will need to look on my app to make sure the right ones were applied. She voluntarily offered to look my account up and found the error that customer service made and then made the correction herself and then also made a few recommendations to help me save money on my bill each month. One month prior to this visit, she helped set up a phone transfer to my account and was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable on everything I asked of her. She knew more about Verizon than what any customer service rep knew that I had spoken to. She also helped me save about $40.00 a month by telling me about the Verizon internet service for $25.00 a month. They gave me a box to try free for 30 days and the service has been great so far and it was easy set up. But when I had called customer service for this they told me it was not available to me. All in all, this woman needs to be a Supervisor over training ALL Verizon Customer Service Employees!!! Nough said! lol read more

I went into the Verizon on S. Western today in Marion. HORRIBLE experience. After reading the reviews about this store, something is evidently clear. They don't want to deal with people. I went to this store about 2 months ago, I went in and set up my Vehicle Modem for WiFi. After badgering with the guy, he called another colleague to get instruction on how to do it. He said he had never known about it. Well, today I went in because it was not connecting. The very busy (on his phone with social media probably) guy asked if he could help. Mind you, I was the only person in the store. I told him my problem and again, "I have no idea what you are talking about". To skip all the bartering, I went straight to the "Can you contact a colleague" question. His reply, "Contact Customer Service", again I asked "there's not anyone you can call" His Reply "I SAID contact customer service" What is it with people in customer service these days, it's everywhere. Nobody wants to take initiative, and even try to help someone. They obviously don't receive training in how to resolve issues, that's for sure. I have one star because it wouldn't let me do zero! read more

Went in today for some questions of recent changes in my cell phone bill, the customer service I received was absolutely horrible. I went in the store to get information on a recent increase to my cell phone bill, as well as set up a new auto payment method for my account. Based on the questions I had i was instructed that I needed to call customer service for help or the current store I was in would have to charge me $29.99 for customer service requests. Please understand at the time i entered the store there were only three people in the store at that time; myself, one employee, and the store manager. I asked why my bill had recently increased, the manager asked for access to the account via a text message and we proceeded. He stated the bill had been the same for a few months now, and was not sure what increase i was seeing. Eventually we concluded that the free period for apple music had concluded and I was getting billed for that now. I stated I had apple music prior to being on Verizon service so I was not sure how that was even part of my bill. The manage said that "I would have had to add it to my plan." Honestly I was shocked and said that I had never added "shit" to my plan. The manager said please do not swear at me, I apologized and clearly stated I was not swearing at him but about the products I supposedly added. I then asked wear i can see what was included in my cell phone plan, the manager answered on the app. I asked the same place to update the autopay feature? The manager said sir you are just trying to get out of paying the $29.99 customer service fee, everything is on the app.... This is NOT the first issue I have had with TCC concerning my Verizon account. There was an attempt to mislead me over a $850 bring your own phone feature when I transferred to their service. This had to be rectified via a check issued in store, that had to be applied to bill credit or merchandise within the TCC location. In conclusion based on a little more research TCC is an authorized retailer and not a direct Verizon affiliate, the employees there are less that helpful and are honestly very misleading in the "sales" process when explaining contractual agreements about new plans. read more

Went in on a Saturday for a new sim card, only one employee working and about 8 people waiting, On a Saturday? Where were the employees, well after leaving without being served 2 were out back smoking. Will just buy online from Verizon Wireless read more

This place is horrible I would have given zero stars if possible. Instead of actually working on my phone like every previous store I've worked with they actually handed me the phone and had me deal with the representative. They actually downloaded an app my phone without my permission. I will never purchase another phone from this Verizon store. read more
