After having the worst experience at the other location in town, walking into this store was like a…read morereligious experience! Seriously Lee is INCREDIBLE. Helpful, kind, funny and efficient. We needed a new sim and a hotspot activated, it seems simple but we had been going back and forth for 3 days with online customer service. We were literally on the verge of tears. But Lee assured us he could help us, and within 20 minutes we were walking out happy as clams. Lee is everything a Verizon customer service rep should be. I would be proud if he worked for me!

She cleaned my phone thoroughly and then applied the liquid glass and also applied a new cover over my camera lens as well. Before I left I had mentioned my insurance change I had on my account and told her that I am pretty sure when I called customer service they had my insurance coverages mixed up on my devices and I had to give them the number several times to verify. But I also could not understand the customer service person I had spoke to so I finally ended my call with them and said that I will need to look on my app to make sure the right ones were applied. She voluntarily offered to look my account up and found the error that customer service made and then made the correction herself and then also made a few recommendations to help me save money on my bill each month. One month prior to this visit, she helped set up a phone transfer to my account and was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable on everything I asked of her. She knew more about Verizon than what any customer service rep knew that I had spoken to. She also helped me save about $40.00 a month by telling me about the Verizon internet service for $25.00 a month. They gave me a box to try free for 30 days and the service has been great so far and it was easy set up. But when I had called customer service for this they told me it was not available to me. All in all, this woman needs to be a Supervisor over training ALL Verizon Customer Service Employees!!! Nough said! lol

I had to come to the Apple Store because my fell out of my hand and ended up having green light on…read morethe screen. Thank goodness I had apple care, so I had to go to the Apple Store but before going I had made an appointment. I only had to wait about 5-10min from when I walked into the store and told them who I was and what I was needing until the person came to check out my phone. They had noticed that didn't have the part to fix my phone that day but said the item would possibly be a week or so before it came in. The employee was great at explaining everything to me. It ended up being two days later the part was in and I was able to get my phone fixed. I didn't have to pay anything due to having Apple care. It took them about 2 hours to fix my phone so I left the store and came back. They had my phone ready and the screen looked like it never was messed up when I picked it up. I was happy about the wonderful customer service and also how organized the store was. I had bought wall cube because I noticed my phone had been charging slow which the guy explained to me what the issue was and recommended for me to buy a cube in order to assist with that issue. Since buying the cube my phone has been charging like a champion!

The first person that offered to try to help me was Maurice Monroe. He patiently worked for quite some time, telling me he was going to have to "think outside the box". And he did exactly that. By the time he had gotten my phone "back", he was using 3 separate phone, and an IPad to talk to each other as well as talking to my phone! He was wonderful in is greeting to me as well as his approach to solve my phone's problem. I would highly recommend Kudos be extended to him by his supervisor/manager/boss. I waited for half an hour before I got helped at all, and they took someone who walked in after me before me. Like what? One guy was taking home calls on the store line, the other guy was messing around on some woman's phone for over an hour trying to fix her function problems. You aren't an apple store, that's clearly not your job or your expertise, so direct her there. It took 2 hours for him to switch a chip in my phone and do five minutes of contact conversion. Livid.
