I am waiting on a call back from Earthlink but am not holding my breath. In the time it took me to write this, internet service has cut out two times. In the mean time, Verizon called to et me know that they are offering wireless internet service in my area. (My internet just currently out again, and again (4 times total in a couple of minutes). Their router will be arriving on Monday as FedX won't deliver on the weekend. If the Verizon router provides better service, I WILL be canceling Earthlink. Hopefully this post goes through.

Like any cable monopoly, they squeeze every penny from the consumer and keep moving formerly free channels to the higher-priced tiers. Looking forward to when Verizon's FIOS finally gets deployed in Millville and offers some real competition. Maybe then they'll clean up their act. Internet service is fast and efficient when they aren't imposing artificial bandwidth caps and other throttling shenanigans. VOIP service is reliable and clear.

For a fraction of the cost, and not having to worry about maintaining equipment and software TDS has allowed us to do this. We can all answer and place outbound calls as well as transfer calls from VOIP phones purchased through TDS. Carin Brizzi is our sales rep and she fairly represented all costs and assisted us in getting up and running with their product. Definitely an excellent solution for small companies with off-site employees.
