Great experience I had my laptop battery replaced and it was quick and reasonable price

Went here to get my desktop computer repaired. It was powering on but not showing video. He claimed that it was either the CPU or the Motherboard. Pretty much just guessing and without proper diagnosing. If I come to you as a paying customer I expect you to do your job and tell me what the EXACT issue is, not just assume its the most expensive components of the computer without doing proper troubleshooting. Typically with something like this you would start with changing out the RAM and seeing if anything changes. Both CPU and Motherboard were still under warranty so I replaced those parts and brought them to him to install. He then claimed one of my ram sticks were bad ( which I believe to be the issue all along). For whatever reason he wiped out both of my hard drives on my computer. Without even informing me. One of which had 2 tb of storage. Completely unacceptable. When I brought him the last part I stated to him that I needed windows installed. ( If he was actually legit he would have known that windows was already installed on the M2 drive). Esentially I paid $300.00 and supplied parts for something minor (bad ram). At no point was he clear or communicated the EXACT issue, cost, or anything. I explained to him even if his rate was 75hr he did not spend 4 hours to install 2 parts wipe out my drive and install windows, but he was adamant that this was $300.00 of work. I called him after getting home and hooking up the computer to ask why my hard drives were erased, he played dumb and claimed that he informed me that they would be (Also a lie) and to unplug and plug them back up. I do not find him to be honest or do good business, and I urge people to take their business elsewhere. read more

Amazing service. I needed an iPhone battery in a pinch; called Gee at Geetech; He said, sure, no pblm, come on over. He replaced the battery in 10 mins. He was very professional asking why the battery was so low and suggested some battery saving tips. His prices were more than reasonable. I was in Wildwood NJ for my job when someone spilled coffee on my computer and within a couple hours, it died. And I'm a news reporter--so I NEED this computer to work IMMEDIATELY. I was in a panic. It was almost 8 p.m. on a Thursday night, and although the owner, known as "Gee," was getting ready to close, HE STAYED OPEN and STAYED LATE to help me! He stayed ALMOST 2 hours beyond his intended closing time. The price was very reasonable, and he was EXTREMELY kind to me. (Don't let the location--next to a gas station and a vape shop--deter you.) My friend got his screen replaced and less than two days a cracked showed up. Since then it got worse without dropping it. When my friend first received his phone the flashlight didn't even work? The guy was able to fix it with no cost. After my clumsy ass friend dropped his phone the cracks got worse. read more

I went here for an iPhone screen repair. They offered two types of repairs the "off brand " and "upgraded ". I went with upgrade for an extra $25. No less than two months later the screen FELL OFF the actual phone. It was only held on by a wire connection. I took it to the Apple Store and the Genius Bar service man said he's only seen this if you get your screen repaired at a "cheap location". I hate to give local businesses bad reviews however between the $150 I was charged here and the $199 I was charged at the Apple Store I might as well have bought a new phone. I sent a repair request for my Ipad 5th Generation; it needed a screen replacement due to a crack and the touch pad no longer worked. I was sent a reasonable estimate: I couldn't bring the devise for repair until a week later. I dropped it off after noon, on a Saturday and it was explained that it may be not be repairable. I was in the area for only a few hours (I live 45 minutes away) and he promised to evaluate it asap. By 3:00 p.m. it was finished, he had it working correctly and looked like new!
