So it's a Monday afternoon around 1:30 and I call with some questions, guy answers the phone half a sleep and mumbles the name of the company. Red flag right there, but I decided to continue like I said I was with the same cable company for seven years so I really don't know much about satellite TV. The guy on the other side of the line sounded and felt impatient and fed up with my inquires, at one point I tell him "should I call in a better time, sounds like you are busy" and what I get is this: "Why, I'm answering all your questions aint I" enough said. Sorry buddy that I am taking your time trying to give you my business. I was trying to get personal service that's what they advertise and instead I got a cold shoulder and very poor customer service.
