So it's a Monday afternoon around 1:30 and I call with some questions, guy answers the phone half a sleep and mumbles the name of the company. Red flag right there, but I decided to continue like I said I was with the same cable company for seven years so I really don't know much about satellite TV. The guy on the other side of the line sounded and felt impatient and fed up with my inquires, at one point I tell him "should I call in a better time, sounds like you are busy" and what I get is this: "Why, I'm answering all your questions aint I" enough said. Sorry buddy that I am taking your time trying to give you my business. I was trying to get personal service that's what they advertise and instead I got a cold shoulder and very poor customer service. Would not recommend them at all you get much better service calling Direct TV.

The first month and since my bill has been just under $50, no where near $25. That's happened three months in a row. Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life!
