Well they were fast to respond to make things right too. Samantha in their office made initial contact. Then Matt, the franchise manager or some big title, I lost his card, came out right away to assess what was wrong. Everything is right and good now. "Like it never happened." If you read my first review, they dropped the ball. There were a few things incomplete and or I believe left out or should have been handled differently in my opinion. They seemed to truly listen to my concerns. And I will add. I did and do trust these people, this company. And still do. They were polite and courteous. I had no problems leaving my home with them working in it. Would I call them again now? After all this? You can bet on it. Let's hope I do not need their services.
