I understand running a business, but call it what it is

I went to Cricket in Rolla, MO on 7/13/2019. I went in and tried to get a lPhone and iPad Pro on a…read morenew plan, no one acknowledged my entry, no one helped me, the entire time I was there. This is after I had spent 2+ hours at AT&T in Rolla. I purchased iPhone Xs, 2 cases,Qi charger, screen protector, and extra cords. They greeted me at door, got me a rep in less than 3 minutes. Now it took me about 2 hours total, but he stayed with me whole time. I left and went to purchase new iPad Pro, iPen, and folio case with keyboard. Then tried to get service at Cricket in Rolla, MO. So I went back to AT&T, who set me up with $50 tablet plan. My son has me on his cricket plan, but I had intended to purchase a 2 line plan at Cricket. Too bad. I am shocked at the difference between Cricket and AT&T. Disgraceful way to treet customers Cricket, I really had high hopes because I have been on son's account for about 3 years and been pleased with my phone service with Cricket.

In late March/early April, I called CenturyLink in order to disconnect my internet services due to…read morea military move clause. After being transferred about 10 times and being put on hold over the course of an hour (CenturyLink had my first and last name reversed so I could not be found in the directory and kept getting transferred), the $100 disconnection fee for broadband services was waived. I checked my final bill, and there was still a $200 disconnect fee for voice services since the Internet services ran on DSL. Why would this not also be waived? I called customer service during the first week of April, and the representative said it would be resolved within three days after speaking with his supervisor. At this point, it's been two and one half weeks since that last call, and the charge is still on there. I have not been contacted by anyone for an update. CenturyLink has been the worst experience in customer service in any industry I have dealt with. It has also been the slowest and least reliable Internet Service Provider. I had to reset my modem nearly every day just to keep it working. This issue has gone unresolved for one month. What does a customer have to do to get this resolved? UPDATE: CenturyLink credited me with $200 on May 2, 2017, which was one day after I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I received my overpayment back during the first week of June with a check dated on May 30, 2017. I'm glad to have this resolved, but it's unfortunate to have to go through the BBB. I'll give you one star back.

Never got my issue resolved and ultimately cancelled my service o on line due to the terrible customer service!
