Sometimes a fast busy, sometimes all circuits busy, sometimes it doesn't ring at all. I suspect they do this on purpose. I finally got through to them a month after I had dropped it off. They hadn't even started the work. They were waiting for a part. (battery?) They would have the part tomorrow (Friday) they would call Monday. It is now September 6. They never called, I couldn't get through until yesterday. STILL not fixed. I went in today 9/6/24, (they are an hour away) they have my tablet fixed. I asked them to turn it on. THEY WIPED THE TABLET. Nothing left on it. I'm not sure it's even the tablet I dropped off. I am gutted. The only reason I let them have the tablet was to preserve my info. They are the worst. They lie, they don't respond, they don't know what they are doing. I would recommend you avoid this place like the plague. They are the worst!

It's also great because you can drop off the three thousand plastic bags that the nice baggers at the Country Mart like to give out - the city recycles them, but just won't accept them in the curbside pick up because they'll end up "blowing all around town." There's also a compost pile on site (not open 24 hours a day, see website for hours) that accepts yard waste, and gives out free compost in the springtime! I was kind of sad they don't accept food waste as compost, but it's better than nothing. Keep up the good work, city and citizens of Rolla!!
