He was able to draw up the deal for the phones I was looking for and made it seem so easy to walk me through the order submission. He made sure I had all the documents before I walked out the door to complete the door; he provided his cell phone number and encouraged me to contact him if there were any questions and concerns. A few days after he followed up with me to make sure nothing was wrong. He called me when the phones arrived. Dustin was extremely pleasant throughout the transaction. He kept us engaged the entire time. It wasn't just him either; another rep came and asked us if we needed water, soda, juice. The whole team was very courteous. As customers walked in, I heard other reps immediately engaging them and letting them know how long it might be before they can be assisted. I have an elderly MIL that lives up there that has no service and I am out of state. I'm trying to get them to assist her *with* me on the phone and they are completely rude to her and curt & rude to me over the phone. Tell me "they don't have time to help, they deal with this all day" - I could hear them raising their voices with an elderly person and then get attitude with me, and all I need is just a LITTLE help from them because we are dealing with an 80+ year-old. I spent & spend a lot of money on this plan w 3 iPhones since Verizon is the only service that works on her property and it is a safety reason. Thankfully we will absolutely not service at this store any further and be sure to only give our business to North branch where they actually care about customer service. It is super sad to see that people in the service industry such as yourselves still exist. This is specifically for the staff working on March 30, 2024 in the evening. Sad sad sad. I scour the clearance racks, which are always full of good deals, and can usually score enough clothes for a full season for around $200. It's also extremely organized. Men's section in the front left, boys behind that, and toddler/baby in the back. Women's section in the front right, girls behind that, etc. It couldn't get any easier! I've never had any issues with this store appearing dirty (and I usually go around 7pm when it's seen a full days worth of people). The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
