    Absolutely horrible service from this establishment, Waited over an hour to receive help because there was only one person working !!!!

But this phone was on its last leg! Not only did I upgrade to the most current iPhone, I also moved carriers. Clearly the new carrier is Verizon. Now that I've given the history and my "iPhone bio", let me tell you what changed. In comes Michael G. He was knowledgeable and listened to everything I said, even the details of how I liked to travel, job life , etc. I mention this because upon receipt of the quote for all the new gadgets and services, Michael had customized the plan so that it covered domestic and international travel. Most wouldn't pick up on that, but he did. He was also acutely aware of how I did not want to be going through the process of setting up a new phone, watch, or an iPad and he did it all. I have to give a shout out to his manager. He was awesome. I was a walk-in later in the evening and they didn't rush me. He offered me and other customers water as we were waiting. He was very thoughtful with all customers. Sidenote, there was a very cranky individual this particular evening and the staff and the manager handled it with grace. So, I guess you can say that I loath the process a little less now. Thank you, Michael and team Verizon! Let me not forget to mention that I also went back today because I was having issues with some of the apps and again I walked in late, but they made sure they resolved the problem even after they officially closed.

    I had phone service with Consumer Cellular who informed me that I needed to buy a new cell phone…read moreand told me I could buy one at Target. I paid cash for this phone and signed no contract for this phone at Target. I used this phone for many years with Consumer Cellular who only charged me for service I agreed with. I later switched to AT&T who told me i would have better coverage with AT&T. For the next few days i had no phone service. After that was fixed, my calls were getting dropped. I then saw excessive withdrawals of 437 from my account. I was then told it was for payment installments on a phone I bought years ago at Target before service with AT&T. AT&T told me I only paid taxes on the phone I had bought from Target and told me to go and get a receipt from years ago . I told someone at Target my situation with AT&T and they told me as I had signed no contract for this phone and bought it outright, there was nothing they could do about this situation. I then talked to a target employee who was a former employee of AT&T and was familiar with their history of excessive withdrawals from customers bank accounts. He informed me I needed to call the office of president escalation. As i no longer wanted to spend all day on the phone only to talk with someone who was only interested in selling me more services and then getting disconnected. I then reported these unauthorized excessive withdrawals by AT&T to the Better Business Bureau as customer service at AT&T used stalling and delaying techniques which lasted 6 hours as they told me to go to the AT&T store and when I got to the AT&T store they ​they told me to call AT&T who were of no help. I am a senior citizen who is also a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income with a chronic debilitating lung disease. After experiencing the frustration of being on the phone with customer service for hours only to be disconnected, i then decided AT&T was unable to get this matter resolved, I then filed a complaint with the FCC.

After 4 days trying with a 800 number, still not canceled, it's now been so many hours on the phone with it still not canceled. Very upset and disappointed at this Mgr. And AT&T. Stay far from them!! I had my own phone, just for a sim card to try 1 phone for service they want over $300 for a business line Update!! Two weeks later, After 4+ phone calls and talking to the store mgr. every time, and he said that he forwarded the paperwork to upper management to cancel and to void any charges. I find out today he's on maternity leave, and I still owe a very large bill, It is climbing, and I still have service. I called the 800 number again while in the store, since the associates there can't help me. They took my info to pass it on. I filed complaints with AT&T again and then filed a police report online for this account that is not authorized to be billing me, and then they trespassed me in response to me getting the cops now involved after a month!!! Stay far from this establishment! I'm going to get an attorney after the holiday.

As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case.     I was convinced to upgrade my surround sound, Internet, and connected devices. I turned in my old…read morerouter/modem for an upgraded one with an extender. However, the extender didn't work with the one they ordered me. On a Monday, the technician came in but couldn't connect my service. After disconnecting it, he couldn't reconnect me, leaving me without service for all my devices, which are over 30 in my home. This company uses call centers to service customers, and they're nothing but liars. They promised to make up for everything that happened and make it right. The technician came in on Friday and connected the SAME equipment that was here on Monday. I was down for about five days without service to my cameras and all my devices in my home, including my surround sound, TV, and more. I had cut the cord years ago and went wireless, so I thought everything was fine (my call initially was to figure out how to speed up the reaction of my)until I was convinced to upgrade I was told that what I had did not cover the amount of devices I had in the house. The solution Center they used were too busy to sell me more things that I didn't show interest in because they weren't fixing my problem or getting me connected. Just like the big outage that was read about, my outage was just as bad, but it was just my home. The technicians who couldn't service me lied because they know you can't trace them and they want you off the phone. They're in call centers in foreign countries with my card numbers and personal information. Who knows who's behind the phone? It could be a technician or our salesman, and they act as both and can't figure out how to get the systems up and running and you connected as a customer they guess they lie and want you off the phone and again it's a language barrier. I have nothing to say about this company regarding its services and its ability to service customers satisfactorily. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Look at their stocks and their decline in customer service. Their Board of Directors must be scratching their heads as their wealthy owners wonder what's going on with their company. They need to start listening to customers more. It doesn't have to be "the customer is always right," but Verizon is no longer the big dog on the block. Just like AT&T used to be the big dog in town, Verizon isn't what it used to be, and that's a fact. I see them going down, merging, being bought out, or just folding. They promised me twice that they would adjust my monthly bill this last month, but nothing has changed. There are a bunch of liars who don't keep their word to their customers, and there was no making up for the loss of my services monetarily. They still wanted my monthly payment though. If you're looking for an Internet provider I would look elsewhere there are better companies those that can service you hear on shore not offshore. Oh and good luck to you.

    They source their services to call centers. If you can comprehend their language and vice versa,…read moreyou might make progress, but you won't spend less than an hour dealing with your issue in Tucson. You could have driven to at least one of the stores here in town twice, and once and back, with the other store that offers vehicle installations. Unfortunately, you can't get hold of someone on the phone at the store, at least when I've spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody local. On the positive side, the installation was completed over three visits on Wetmore, which is a 40-minute drive one way. I should have used the Auto Installer like Audio Express, etc., nearby in case anything went wrong or needed further attention. Unfortunately, my truck failed inspection because the Best Buy technician did not properly install the reader that the admissions must use to read the readings on your vehicle . The job was halfway done when I encountered issues with the Remote Start they installed with the female port of the key fob. This port broke, preventing you from charging the Remote Start to the vehicle. Now I have to try to get that replaced under my covered warranty with Best Buy. The name of the store should be Worst Buy. Overall, the customer service was terrible. They should either go out of business or switch to an online-only model, similar to Circuit City. It's too bad they are a monopoly on TVs, surround sound systems, computers, electronics, etc. I definitely would not recommend these guys at all. It amazes me how much information these foreign countries have on us, US citizens, so these greedy CEOs can keep making their millions and paying workers in Guatemala a dollar a day or whatever it is. Truly, it's not customer service that's for sure. Oh, and good luck to you.

I got the 5 year best buy warranty and the AI will not transfer me to a person. It told me to go visit the store and speak to someone there. I have used Best Buy for years, but after this, I will be using Home Depot or Lowes. You guys just lost a loyal customer.
