Verizon corporate is what is on my mind today. I just got off the phone with their Tech coach,…read moreabout a phone I purchased for $200.00 (remember that amount) I also purchased the insurance for the phone. When I originally purchased the phone, I tried to activate it, I got a system error. That was approximately a month ago. Fast forward to today. I went to the corporate Verizon store to have them activate the phone. They could not activate it either. Same system error I got a month ago. In that intervening month, the phone got a pinhole in the lower right corner of the screen. Which of course gave Verizon all the excuse they needed to deny replacing the phone that has not worked since day 1. Let me reiterate this...Verizon ( a multi million dollar for profit company) denied to replace a $200 phone that they confirmed had not worked since the day I bought it... I have never had this experience with Verizon before this, & I do not think that I will be giving them the chance to do it to me again. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for many years now. Yet I now find myself questioning that very loyalty when the that loyalty is obviously not returned. It is with a heavy heart that I can no longer recommend Verizon as an honorable company. Corporate greed & the almighty slavish adherence to capitalism at the cost of everything else. Had cost them my good graces & any future business that I might have given them. In fact I am seriously considering taking my existing business with them somewhere else as well.

They source their services to call centers. If you can comprehend their language and vice versa,…read moreyou might make progress, but you won't spend less than an hour dealing with your issue in Tucson. You could have driven to at least one of the stores here in town twice, and once and back, with the other store that offers vehicle installations. Unfortunately, you can't get hold of someone on the phone at the store, at least when I've spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody local. On the positive side, the installation was completed over three visits on Wetmore, which is a 40-minute drive one way. I should have used the Auto Installer like Audio Express, etc., nearby in case anything went wrong or needed further attention. Unfortunately, my truck failed inspection because the Best Buy technician did not properly install the reader that the admissions must use to read the readings on your vehicle . The job was halfway done when I encountered issues with the Remote Start they installed with the female port of the key fob. This port broke, preventing you from charging the Remote Start to the vehicle. Now I have to try to get that replaced under my covered warranty with Best Buy. The name of the store should be Worst Buy. Overall, the customer service was terrible. They should either go out of business or switch to an online-only model, similar to Circuit City. It's too bad they are a monopoly on TVs, surround sound systems, computers, electronics, etc. I definitely would not recommend these guys at all. It amazes me how much information these foreign countries have on us, US citizens, so these greedy CEOs can keep making their millions and paying workers in Guatemala a dollar a day or whatever it is. Truly, it's not customer service that's for sure. Oh, and good luck to you.

**Horrible Experience with T-Mobile in Green Valley - Avoid at All Costs!**…read more I don't normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with T-Mobile in Green Valley was so frustrating and unacceptable that I felt compelled to warn others. It all started when I had an issue with my phone and was told to contact Assurant, the insurance company T-Mobile uses. I spent *hours* on the phone with Assurant, only for them to repeatedly tell me it was a **warranty issue** and that I needed to speak with T-Mobile. So back I went to T-Mobile--only to be told *they* thought it was an **insurance issue** and to call Assurant again. This back-and-forth nonsense went on for *hours*. Every single time I called, I had to re-verify all of my information, explain the situation from scratch, and still got nowhere. Finally, T-Mobile *reluctantly* agreed it was a warranty issue and said they would ship a replacement phone. A few days later, I received an email saying my new phone was ready for pickup. I had a tight schedule that day with buyer showings (I'm a Realtor), but I carved out time to stop by the Green Valley store and grab the phone. Big mistake. The store manager was **rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful**. Not only did they act like I was bothering them by showing up, but they also offered zero assistance, no apology, and no empathy for the mess I had been put through. I was stunned at how poorly I was treated, especially after wasting so much time just trying to get a replacement for a faulty device that should have been handled smoothly from the beginning. T-Mobile as a company--and especially this location--needs to take a hard look at how they treat their customers. **Passing the buck, finger-pointing, and treating customers like an inconvenience is NOT acceptable.** If you value your time, your sanity, and basic customer service, **do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.** T-Mobile Green Valley is a disaster.

OK, three stars, bordering on two... we'll see if I ever find need to go back…read more I bought my first and only cellular phone here (an iPhone) about 16 months ago. They were quite helpful to be honest, but still, I left a little confused about what the actual bill would cost per month. Still, the rep was helpful, even putting the fancy cover over the screen of the phone. He also stuck with me until we were sure the phone was activated and until he was sure to show me some of the features of the device. Fast forward to more recent times. I called to see if we could transfer my wife's phone over to my account, creating a family account. I mentioned that her phone was currently on a business plan from her former place of work. "No problem" they said. "Just come on in and we will make the switch" they said. Needless to say, it was not so easy. We spent an hour there, ultimately to learn that they cannot actually transfer from a business plan on the weekend. Fine, but I wish they had told us that when we called in advance. Unfortunately, I think this is indicative of customer service training learning more towards the idea of "get the customer in to the store, then deal with their actual questions." Simply put, I don't agree with this business ethic. Anyways, while in the store, I also noticed that the majority of the products available (cases, ear phones, chagers, etc), had no price tags. Really? A retail store that doesn't tell you the cost of the products up front? Odd selling scheme if you ask me. The store itself is very clean. The staff serve you with a smile, even when they can't actually be of any real use. And the products carried appear to be well varied for the AT&T consumer. In all honesty, I think this is likely exactly what any and every AT&T store across town would be like. This just happens to be the one closest to my home.

But this phone was on its last leg! Not only did I upgrade to the most current iPhone, I also moved carriers. Clearly the new carrier is Verizon. Now that I've given the history and my "iPhone bio", let me tell you what changed. In comes Michael G. He was knowledgeable and listened to everything I said, even the details of how I liked to travel, job life , etc. I mention this because upon receipt of the quote for all the new gadgets and services, Michael had customized the plan so that it covered domestic and international travel. Most wouldn't pick up on that, but he did. He was also acutely aware of how I did not want to be going through the process of setting up a new phone, watch, or an iPad and he did it all. I have to give a shout out to his manager. He was awesome. I was a walk-in later in the evening and they didn't rush me. He offered me and other customers water as we were waiting. He was very thoughtful with all customers. Sidenote, there was a very cranky individual this particular evening and the staff and the manager handled it with grace. So, I guess you can say that I loath the process a little less now. Thank you, Michael and team Verizon! Let me not forget to mention that I also went back today because I was having issues with some of the apps and again I walked in late, but they made sure they resolved the problem even after they officially closed.
