Quoted $120 to replace an iPhone charging port. After examination, I was told it was corroded and in need of replacement. I declined and took the phone home where I applied a slight burst of electrical connection spray and scrubbed the port with a small, flexible plastic bristle brush. The end result, the port now works. Conclusion: The same measure could have been applied at this business for a small cleaning fee. read more

I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen repaired at Phone Clinic in Prairieville, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Before the repair, my phone's front camera was working perfectly. Immediately after the LCD/screen went black, both my front camera and flashlight stopped working. I returned to the shop as instructed, and while they were able to get the flashlight working again, the front camera still does not function. I was told the issue was not caused during the repair, but I have since spoken with another repair professional and Apple support, both of whom confirmed that this type of issue is typically the result of damage during the repair process. Despite bringing the phone back promptly and giving the business an opportunity to fix the issue, they have refused to take responsibility or repair the damage under warranty.I am now forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all functions are thoroughly checked before leaving the store. read more

I paid for the oled version but instead of give me the oled screen they gave me the lcd screen. i found out that they gave me the wrong screen by getting my screen replaced again at a different place and there was writing in sharpie labeling oled but it was in fact not an oled screen. read more

After cracking my screen I called about getting my iPhone repaired. The entire process and pretty quick and easy until the VERY NEXT day I dropped my phone and cracked the screen once again. Despite them placing a screen protector on, it did nothing to prevent a huge cracked screen. I called and was told i would have to shell out another $75 to repair. These screen parts are cheaply made and won't last in the event of a dropped phone which is inevitable. Unfortunately i can't recommend. read more

I have an XS Max iPhone and for the past year and a half, my phone has gone from one small crack to a bigger one and different cracks in other places on the screen like it's a car windshield. Apple care ran out and you know once that goes, you'll basically need a human sacrifice to pay for anything to get fixed at the Apple store. I kept purchasing screen protectors to try and ease the pain. Didn't really help. About two weeks ago, my phone just started ghost texting and scrolling on it's on. Clicking whatever. I literally could try and type the letter "I" and "eeeedfgvvddfgvv" would randomly be typed in. Finally gave in to get this screen fixed but I wanted to make sure I was bringing my phone to the right spot. Came across Phone Clinic scrolling through google. Gave em a call around the time they opened. No answer. But a few minutes later, they called back. Can't remember the nice ladies name but she answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable and informative. Dropped my phone off to her a hour later. Only took about 45 minutes. Added a new screen protector and my phone has never looked and worked better. Apple Store who!? Visit Phone Clinic for all of your cracked screen problems. Great prices as well! read more

These guys are much more expensive that other places and do t do quality work. I went to have a faulty screen replaced bc they said it had a lifetime warranty, and bc it had a small crack they wouldn't honor the warranty and instead tried to sell me another screen that had a smaller crack. I took my phone to a different repair place in the mall and they showed me exactly why the phone was malfunctioning. Phone clinic had crimped the wires on the inside. And they didn't even charge as much as phone clinic for a brand new screen! read more
