This place absolutely sucks. They have immature people running it now and totally unhelpful. I walked in one day seeing what my iPhone 6 would net me in a trade in and they said 75 bucks. I told them Apple is giving me $100 they had no answer as to why the discrepancy just shrugged it off as to say so go there. This place is only interested in selling you their products for the high end prices they charge its a total joke. They are unhelpful here. Each time I've come here I get ignored. As in delibrately making eye contact and walking away from me. Staff should be taught simple pharses such as "Someone will be with you shortly" or even "Hello" for that matter. When I went in to purchase my phone a few staff members were horsing around and loud. One burped very loudly while myself and other customers were in the store. On purpose without even an excuse me. I had to return the next day and the only reason I've given more than one star to this establishment is because a woman named Patti helped me out. She was gracious, polite, and helpful and acknowledged waiting customers. If it were not for Patti I would've sworn I'd arrived at a daycare center. Better training needed. read more

I accompanied my elderly parents to sign up for their very first smartphones. "Nick" helped us and was SOOOO patient. He went the extra mile to assure my parents they could call or stop in any time for technical support. He spent 90 MINUTES with us, as calm and understanding as he could be. No upselling or any fast-talking sales pitch either. As far as I'm concerned the store is a boon to the Chappaqua community. Great location in the new Chappaqua Crossing shopping center. read more

The reviews on here are old and from when the store was run by different people who run it now. I have been going here for several years and I always get great service - especially in these past two years. When it's busy the wait time can be long depending on the needs of who is in front of you, but it's only because the staff does not rush the customer and they take the time to explain everything. That's something I really appreciate. I don't mind waiting since I know that I will get the same level of care when it's my time. read more

I stopped in this store over the weekend because I had a question about my plan that I had recently setup online with Verizon. I'll be honest, I thought I was getting an "online only" deal by shopping on the website. The truth is, they offer the same deals in store. In fact, I had missed the part of the deal where a mobile hotspot is included. The manager who had helped me made an exception and allowed for me to receive the deal. Overall, I have to admit I won't be shopping online for phones anymore. There really is a human element that you need with a face to face interaction when purchasing something that you will be using long term. I recommend this store for sure. Tom has been helpful to me and my mother on a number of occasions. However, yesterday he went above and beyond in terms of his helpfulness. My daughter dropped my phone and the screen went totally blank. I was heartbroken because I didn't back my phone up. With Tom's help, he was able to restore and transfer my data onto my new phone. I recently visited this Verizon store with my son. We both needed help with our phones for very different reasons, Eddie spent about an hour with us. I am not very "phone savvy" so he had to explain things to me and answer questions that other people may not ask. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Do NOT use this store. They are NOT Verizon just a retailer. I purchased my cell from them and they offered insurance which I signed up for and paid for. When my phone dropped there was NO customer service to be had. I was told to call a number, when I did the insurance company said the original company went out of business and they were covering their accounts but I was not their priority and I have been waiting 30 days for a phone and still not phone. Called Verizon who contacted Greg, the manager at this store who lied to Verizon about his conversations with me and their insurance company. Greg promised to contact me on Monday and has not. Absolutely awful customer service. I purchased a new iPhone 5 here on oct 4. The phone stopped working on October 11. When I returned to the store, I was told that the phone was "glitchy", the salesperson' word, not mine. She refused to exchange the phone, and instructed that it could only be returned to an Apple store 35 minutes away. Two hours at the Apple store, countless diagnostics, and I am still waiting for a new phone from Apple. When incalled Verizon Wireless to complain about this store, the manager told her the return policy was 14 days, so they should have accepted my defective phone. read more

Ok. I've been here many times and amy time I was helped by Greg it was always right and with a smile BUT I've been once with my husband and son. We were next on line but a pretty girl walked in and he took her first! Now I know she's pretty but we were first!!! Ok fine a young man was helping us. He did it again!!!! Another girl walked in and he took her before us! We have a baby with us you jackass!!! And we're FIRST! WTF!! Today I went to pay s bill and an old lady was trying to help us. She was rude and no surprise... I could've done it faster and with less attitude I counted six people working there! When s customer walks in you should be grateful ?? Am I wrong!
